I Swear To God My Backyard Is Where Bees Come To Die

I swear to god my backyard is where bees come to die

There are no flowers, there is no grass, no colorful stuff that could be mistaken as plants, but they just keep showing up, tired, injured, just walking slowly or standing still in the tiled floor, sometimes I go and give them some raw honey or sugar with water, or I try moving them to the shade if they are standing in the sun, but I can't really do anything significant, if they can't fly away or find their hive they will eventually just die, and it's happening a lot more often lately, like something is disorienting them or hurting them, and I don't know what it could be.
