and i think that’s very sexy of me

adhd culture is wanting to learn Everything but being overwhelmed by how much Everything there is and not learning anything

This user thinks Sam Wilson deserves more respect and attention from both the writers and the fans

so i think i might be autistic, but don’t know how to get a diagnosis. figured i would wait until the pandemic got a little more under control because from my understanding in person screenings would be better.

but i’m trying to find tips for autistic people to see if they might help make things easier for me even if i don’t have a diagnosis, and most google searches i’ve tried have come up with results like “how to communicate with autistic people”

and anyway i just think it’s really telling how much of our society is geared toward making it easier for neurotypical/abled people to avoid frustration from interacting with neurodivergent/disabled folks, rather than giving neurodivergent/disabled people support and help for how to function in our society

obviously i’m just starting to research autism and the neurodivergent community, so if any of this is wrong/hurtful/offensive please let me know!!! and if anyone does have tips for college, executive functioning, focusing, etc i would really appreciate advice, i feel like i’m crashing and burning

Hey, so they’re making a Netflix Harry Potter.

With that in mind, we’re all gonna remember that JKR is a terf who has literally been cited by legislators engaged in legislation that actively harms trans people, and we’re not gonna give her any more money.

That means not streaming the new show on Netflix, because regardless of how much influence she has on the production, she gets paid for it.

We’re gonna make the show flop. We’re gonna show Warner Brothers that we don’t forget (of course, how would we forget, it isn’t as if she’s stopped), and that their business association with terfs is no longer profitable.

It is NOT like Lovecraft, because Lovecraft is very dead and his works are in the public domain. By consuming Lovecraft media, you are not giving any money to old Howard.

i mean...you could draw closer comparisons between t*ny and walker. both driven to attempted murder over the deaths of someone they loved. both trying to hurt people who weren’t directly responsible for their loved ones’ murders. both seeking revenge and spiraling out of control. and yet some of the same people who are calling walker out are those who said t*ny was in the right in siberia. the only real difference is that walker actually succeeded.
