I thought I got hacked and I changed all my passwords and enabled 2 fact verification, I am logged out from everywhere but my phone

But the asks keep sending to random people, I don't know why it keeps happening??

I've been suggested to try changing my URL to see if it fixes, but I've already contacted the actual Tumblr support and I wanna get that checked first
