To feel and learn to let go. Any state of mind, thought or emotion is going to pass, don't get attached to them. Life is a bunch of fleeting moments, today happy tomorrow deeply sad. wake up super early just once. you don’t have to make it a habit it’s just extra satisfying to go to bed that night

people tend to take things for granted and somehow come up with something to create a more severe damage until no more chances to undo things are left and all of a sudden they get hit with the epiphany!!
