Saw on my dashboard yesterday that it was the birthday of someone's OC tomorrow (AKA today), and I felt like drawing something to celebrate it. So, happy birthday to Hibiki Himura, from @0046incognito! Seen a lot of his CMY2K stuff around (not the video though, I missed that by a day or two), and I love the vibes they give off! Hopefully my tribute art managed to capture some of that feel, too.

Got him with and without his gear, although the hat stays on in the side view mainly because there'd just be empty space otherwise. ...Speaking of, the hat's probably the most finicky thing in his whole design, with how it gets scrunched in the back. I might rework him to have it fit better with his antennae, but that's for another time.
