I do not follow recipes[unless baking] but I am a master at putting together a meal of random shit and making it taste good,

Tips: protein+ starch+ vegetables is a good formula

cooking method greatly affects taste and palitability of food,experiment if you can cheese won't hurt either

[I do cheese rice+vegetable a lot when I'm too depressed to cook]

a good time saver is make extra rice or protein[if your protein requires prep] at nighttime meals to reheat for lunch time meals [or at whichever meal time you have more energy]

throwing many things into pita or between bread is also a meal if accompanied by something plant like[apple sauce pouches count]

Must feed the young ones
