Not me wanting Azriel to take Nesta to see his mom on a regular basis after seeing her with Ember (and not tell anyone else) as a mutual benefit to healing Nesta’s childhood trauma and his mom’s trauma and it not being romantically “bringing her home to mom” but just being his best friend and his mom and him sharing something so intimate with a platonic best friend in a way he couldn’t with his brothers because they could have been triggers or he wasn’t ready to share that but with Nesta, now he can.
