What happens inside that child's mind? I guess we'll never know.
Have you guys ever heard about arachibutyrophobia? It is literally the stupidest fear ever. A person with arachibutyrophobia is a person who is terrified of having peanut butter stuck to the top of their mouth, and only very few people of the world population suffer it, so it isn't considered a real phobia.
Also, hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia is the fear of long words, and the person who named it did so with the intention that people who suffer from it overcome their fear by telling other people its name.
But I'm not done yet... Anatidaephobia is the fear that somewhere there is a goose or a duck watching you. It's also not considered a phobia completely and some people include it in ornithophobia, which is the fear of birds at a general level.
