one of my mum's ways of trying to comfort me when i'm feeling self-conscious is by telling me that "there will be a man one day who will love me for who i am"
and there i am, a closeted bisexual greyromantic with a preference for women, sat on my bed, pondering how to tell mum that no, the actual chance of me marrying a man are very miniscule, and no, romantic love won't be the thing that changes my life stop that's so amatonormative and heteronormative i hate both-

my biggest glow up was realising that finding a romantic partner wouldn't somehow fix all my problems, saying fuck amatonormativity and accepting that i'm aromantic
I'm now gonna identify as Greyromantic because over time I realised and had some consideration , although I might change my decision later in life this is what I feel most comfortable with now .

I'm actually in the middle of a Graceling Realm reread/catch-up right now, so of course I'm gonna give out an aspec headcanon for this series as well
Why greyrose for Katsa? Well, before she met Po, she really wasn't interested in anything regarding romance or sex. It takes a combo of meeting him and knowing that he won't force her to settle down the way society tries to require that finally gets her to be more interested.
Also just. More power to her for being aspec. She's awesome
