Eddie is a biter this Eddie bites Steve that, I love it but have you considered ROBIN is also a biter, Steve is unfazed when Eddie gets added into the mix because Robin already bites his shoulder all the time and he gives her a head nuzzle (like a cat) right back because he’d love to return her bites but can’t stand the taste of fabric in his mouth, he does the same to Eddie who is pleasantly surprised that Steve isn’t weirded out by the biting until he spots Robin doing it and it all makes sense, Steve continues to give them both little nuzzles until something shifts for him and Eddie and he gets to bite at Eddie’s bare shoulder when he snuggles into his chest one time after certain activities and Steve is like oh! I like this on bare skin! so he starts to bite Robin and Eddie back but just on their hands of fingers (or ear for Eddie but that usually leads somewhere else) and it’s a weird trio of biters but because it’s Steve, Robin and Eddie and they’ve done far weirder things in public nobody from the party bats an eye at it
