1 in 10 people with a uterus has a reproductive disorder like endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, or worse.
Treatment is available but you have to figure out what you're treating first, and that means going to the doctor and advocating for yourself until you're heard.
Mention family history, even scary stuff that you don't think is going on. "My great aunt had cervical cancer" or "my grandma had a hysterectomy" makes people pay attention. Like, even if you're sure you have fibroids or something, just say the scary stuff until you're tested for everything and it's ruled out.
Just keep talking about it until you get heard.
So many people who get periods are like “Ugh it sucks that having a menstrual cycle makes you almost die every month” like no that’s not normal you need to go to the doctor

My six year old learned today that a spoonful of peanut butter cures hiccups.
Now he's running over to me every 20 minutes, "I have hiccups! Can I have some peanut butter?" (Less eloquently, but you get it.)
And like.... Smol child, you don't have hiccups. But you're hilarious and adorable so have a spoonful of jif, idgaf lol
If anyone wonders what it's like to be a parent in 2024, I just had a special needs van driver tell me and my disabled 6 year old to "hurry the fuck up" getting him on the bus because he got excited/distracted by a fallen leaf in our yard for like 0.5 seconds.

I keep seeing stuff on here about like, pro-ship, anti-ship...
Y'all wouldn't have survived the 2010s Homestuck fandom.
