“Sacred Deer”

Learned a lot about deer anatomy for this one. Specifically that deer legs don’t work at all like I thought.

Here’s my OC, Sloan (they/them). Tried something different with the shading on this one. Not sure how successful it was, but I like the outfit, so up it goes!

Re-emerging from the Hell that is Instagram to post this.

Here’s some weird ladies I drew recently.

I don't normally draw portraits, but today I felt like making one of John Maus. He makes great music for being mentally ill to. I think it's a pretty good likeness, and I had fun drawing it. I hope you have fun looking at it.

The holographic effect was pretty difficult to achieve, but now that I’ve kinda figured it out I’ll probably overuse it.

When I was about 12, I found a collection of medical textbooks from the 30s in my grandparents' basement. I was pretty weird even then, so I used to read them when I visited. One of the volumes contained an image of a child who had been disfigured by noma (which I don't recommend googling). For whatever reason, it always stuck with me, and I've been trying to recreate the emotion that picture inspired ever since.

I just can’t draw anything pleasant these days.

Anyway, I tried something different with the shading, and I like how it turned out. 

Had to repost this cos I realized I drew her right hand facing the wrong way... I’ve been diagnosed with dumbass, and it’s terminal.

"Cleft" Recently I noticed I have a small imperfection in my palette. I'm pretty sure it isn't completely fused. The crack is only a centimeter long, but it makes me wonder.
