* Today was, alright, I guess? I got my period yesterday after not having it for 5 months!! My stomach was kinda hurting all the time but not too much. My first two classes were P.E, we ran for an hour (11°C 😭) and then played volleyball. I love running but that was just.. brutal. The rest of my classes were okay.
* I decided to do a 3 day challenge. It's about listenning to subliminals/affirmation tapes and affirming all the time. Mine is about looking like Taylor Hill and being beautiful!
* After school I baked oatmeal cookies the first time in my life, they turned a bit burned and I put too little sugar in it, but they were fine after putting honey on them! I ate 11 at once LOLL
* I guess that's it, that day was like another average day. XOXO angels 🩷🪽
NEXT SUMMER WILL BE JS LIKE THAT!!! TRUST AND PERSIST!!!

★ Call me Taylor ! I'm a minor, don't interact if you're : homophobic, racist, sexist, not feminist, supports the trad wife movement.
★ I am all about Law Of Assumption, manifesting and subliminals! My manifesting goals right now are beauty and face like Taylor Hill. Usually I do robotic affirming and scripting.
★ I am completely in love with Victoria Secret !! I consider myself an angel, i have an angel mindset. I AM an angel and i deserve to be treated like one. I am the most girly and feminine person I know. I want to be pure positive cutesy vibes!
★ I am all about SELF CARE! I workout daily, eat clean, but nothing toxic. I allow myself to eat something out of my diet once in a while, but i am not a trash can to stuff myself with junk. I love self improvement and i strive to be better and better, there's always room for improvement in every human - both inside and outside. I suffer from depression, body dysmorphia and was suffering from eating disorders, but i recovered and am recovering from the two previous mentioned disorders.
★ I love literature - both classic and modern. Right now I am reading Kamienie Na Szaniec, Crime and punishment, Girl in Pieces and will be reading The Ball Jar.
★ My passion is romanticizing my life, especially education. I LOVE learning, my whole plan for life is set to become a dermatologist.

Manifestation is instant, so when you decide you already have it or it’s done, it becomes true instantly, its true already. Now just let it unfold naturally and don’t contradict it or waver by looking for it, also don’t worry about how it’s gonna unfold just trust it is already unfolding the second you affirmed it. The “instant” just means it’s already yours the second you affirmed it, and it’s bound to happen any second now. Don’t pay attention to how long it’s taking because then you becomes aware of time, making it seem or manifest as it’s taking actual “time” this can make you think you don’t have it and have to wait for it. But the second you affirmed it and decided “yes I have it” whether you believe it or not it’s already yours and on its way to you. It could show up any second now because it was done the second you decided but even if you don’t physically see it even if a day (s) passed by you have to know it’s already done & yours, so don’t go back to looking for it or thinking you aren’t doing it right. It’s like ordering a pizza, once you place your order you know it’s done and will be delivered to you, you’re not gonna be calling them asking if they got the order, if they understand what you mean, did you order it right, or if they are already coming, or checking on it every 5 mins to make sure it’s coming, you simply know that it’s their job to take your order, make your pizza , and deliver it. You don’t ask them who’s making the pizza, how are they bringing it over and what route they are taking to your house; you simply know it will be delivered and you will eat your pizza.

remember that eating healthy is based on long-terms habits, it’s about making balanced choices to nourish ur body in the best possible way
don’t skip breakfast - breakfast gives u energy to start the day and that’s why it’s the most important meal of the day. choose healthy options sush eggs, fruits and yogurt.
includes a variety of foods - be sure to include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins and healthy fats in your daily diet. the more variety of foods you consume, the more different nutrients you will get.
control portions - pay attention to the size of the portions to avoid overeating. use smaller plates and serve suitable portions. listen to your body and eat until you feel satisfied, not until you are completely full.
limit the consumption of processed foods - highly processed foods are usually rich in trans fats, sugars and sodium, and lack essential nutrients. try to limit its consumption and opt for fresh and natural food.
drink enough water - water is essential to keep your body hydrated and for the proper functioning of all systems. replaces sugary and carbonated drinks with water to reduce the consumption of empty calories.
cooking at home - preparing your own meals gives you control over the ingredients and the way you cook. avoid eating out frequently, as restaurants usually serve large portions and contain less healthy ingredients.
reduces salt and sugar intake - many processed foods contain excessive amounts of salt and sugar. read food labels and look for healthier options with low salt and sugar content.
plan your meals - organize your meals in advance to avoid resorting to quick and unhealthy options when you are hungry. prepare healthy meals and snacks and have them on hand to avoid falling into unhealthy temptations.
chew slowly and enjoy the food - take your time to eat and chew slowly. this will help you enjoy the food, feel satisfied faster and avoid overeating.
increase the consumption of fruits and vegetables - fruits and vegetables are rich sources of vitamins, minerals and fiber. try to include a portion in each meal and as a snack between meals.
remember there are no tricks for a healthy diet. all you need is desire and will 🫶🏻

Listen, im not trying to make you feel upset or angry in anyway. I am genuinely telling you: if something has happened that is actually negatively impacting your life very strongly, GO CRY ABOUT IT. Express those feelings. Scream into your pillow. Punch your bed. Pour your thoughts onto paper then rip it up and burn it. Feel the feelings vividly.
But what about after that? Are you going to keep crying about it? Are you going to keep victimising yourself and feeling sorry for yourself? Yuck. Look girl, cry about it, then come back stronger than ever.
Like Haruki Murakami once said: “But we cannot simply sit and stare at our wounds forever.” He was right. We can cry and let the wounds hurt for a bit, but then we must get up.
Life moves on, so must we.
You can either make excuses, or make a way.
