You know there's a whole lot of AUs where Quirks somehow isekai the cast into a fantasy setting or a game or a fantasy game setting, but I don't think I've ever seen the isekai setting encroaching on the main setting at all which, like, that's a premise that could easily stand on its own as civilization reacts to the reality itself slowly warping, but in My Hero Academia specifically it could tie into Quirk Singularity since that never gets anything close to interesting payoff
