Michael and Max in winter

My one and only visual gag is that Max (Coolant) is very lightly dressed for the weather due to frost resistance

I can't get myself to stupid class at 9:00 that gives me 0 benefits but has mandatory attendance, so my partner (they hate that class too) and I discovered how to get us both there
we make each other little treats! Something sweet, carrot slices, dried apricots, postcards, little cute drawings. Once I brought a pair of LEDs, because I had a few spare that I don't need and they're right now in electric circuits. We exchange those treats. Promise to meet and give little treat for beloved is more motivating than anything else
And I love this so much and I love them so much

When superpowered characters who based huge part of their identity on their powers lose their powers

More light version: uncomfortable conversations about "What will happen if you lose your strength"
More realistic version: Character has to rebuild their whole life after losing their superpower because a lot of their habits were shaped by them
More fluff version: character A takes care and helps character B after power loss
More grim version: character placed their whole value in their superpower and after loss they are not only discarded by society/community but also they lose their self worth
More therapy version: Character detaches from their superpower because they feel like that they're valued only for their superpower and it hurts them deeply to be seen only as vessel of their power. And in loss of superpower they experience both devastation and liberation
More lore material version: group therapy for those who lost their superpowers
Hope version: character after loss finds their new occupation in mentoring other character with same/similar power
Not an aroace but fights that end up with kisses drive me mad. Both when it's training sequence and when it's actual fight. Exception is given for cases when kiss is a distraction, but still, no way to do it naturally. I see kisses in fight as sign of one of sides overpowering (or they think they overpower) another, so instead of focusing on fight they can mess with other person.
Actually no why do allos love to have characters resolve a fight with a kiss. I'm not even the most romance repulsed aro, and I love the enemies to lovers, but like if we're arguing I'm mad. Maybe it's an autistic thing (anger issues + one track mind), idk, I'm just saying it's hard to pull off that trope without it feeling a degree unnatural to me. Except like, Panto and Silas in Dirk Gentlys. I mean they were only pretending to be enemies, they're not arguing or fr fighting
