OK, so I just wanted to share....that I finally freaking got something!!! OK, I can't believe I never connected them in anyway, but Mammon from Obey me and Harley Quinn are my favourite characters...and they are so....alike! I really want to see some edits of them or at least people comparing them, so I know I am not the only one who sees it! They are both so cute and energetic! Loyal as heck even when people treat them badly

Stupid Headcanon Time!

I have Genshin Impact on the mind, this headcanon speaks to me.

Warning: Slight spoilers for Obey Me and Genshin Impact

MC and Leviathan are grinding through Genshin, not saying a word.

Levi: ...

MC: ...

MC: ..."wanna compare their personalities to your brothers?"

Levi: "Quit reading my mind!"

They both assemble their line up of characters while sitting on the cold, hard floor.

MC: "Alright, let's go! Lucifer?

Levi: "Easy! Diluc! Both are red. Both are brooding, responsible types. Both have scowls that can scare the dead. And both have morons for second brothers."

MC: "Ouch! Okay. Give me one!

Levi: "Mammon."

MC: "Okay...here me out! Zhongli..."

Levi: "WHAT?!

MC: "Hold on! Hold on! We play as his sugar momma in some quests, he's crafty and cunning...okay nevermind I got nothing. Childe."

Levi: "Better. S-so, w-what about me?

MC: "Sucrose."

Levi: "AHHHH! I-I-'M NOT WORTHY!!! SHE'S TOO CUUUUUUTE!!!

MC: "Okay, okay! Calm down my little waifu. Satan?"

Levi: "Ah! Sorry! Sorry! U-u-um. Xiao? "

MC: *Imitating Satan* "You have no respect for the ways of the cat bois!"

Levi: "Hahahaha!

MC: "Hehe! Asmo?

MC and Levi: "Kaeya."

MC: "Not even a competition."

Levi: "Beel?"

MC: "Hmm. Paimon."

Levi: "Explain."

MC: "They both ask simple questions and are motivated by food. Honestly, same."

Levi: " I don't know how I feel about that."

MC: "Belphie?"

Levi: "Qiqi?"

MC: "I find it extremely ironic that you're comparing a zombie to Belphie. Shouldn't I be the zombie?"

Levi: "What do you mean?"

MC: "Nevermind."

Random Thoughts 👬

This one's pretty short, but it's really cute and I couldn't resist talking about it. Today's Topic: How Mammon met the Twins.

Warning: Not really spoilers, just speculation and canon character likes and dislikes.

I like how along with the various headcanons of Mammon and Michael's relationship, when everyone heard that Mammon babysitting Beel, Belphie, and Lilith when they were little was canon, all fanfic writers simultaneously agreed that Mammon often snuck off from his duties to go see ALL of the angel kids. As in, he became the unofficial babysitter.

And that idea of Mammon going to see the angel kids actually plays into my idea of how Mammon met the twins in the first place.

Mammon is a very animated person, and therefore, makes for a very entertaining storyteller. He'd captivate his audience in a way that would usually be scoffed at by adults, but is absolutely beloved by the kids.

Similar to Levi, Beel and Belphie were very quiet boys who didn't really enjoy interacting with other kids, other than each other, of course.

With Mammon's vibrant tales and Belphie's love for stories and exciting visuals, which is canon by his love for the circus, it wouldn't be that much of a stretch to say that Mammon's energetic personality sparked his interest.

I'm not sure if they were assigned an older sibling before they met Lucifer, Mammon, Levi, and Asmo, but I have an idea that, similar to Levi's situation that I talked about here, the twins grew attached to all of them and just became a part of the family over time.

Unfortunately, with Belphie and Beel's interactions with Lucifer and the others, along with Mammon's knack for trouble, the two of them lost a bit of respect for their older brother as they got older, especially Belphie, who later at that time, grew to adore and idolize Lucifer.

Mammon meanwhile, doesn't take their criticisms too harshly, since Mammon himself dreamed of becoming just like Lucifer one day, but it still stings to see that the little kids who once looked up to him the same way he did to Lucifer, stop seeing him that way in favor of the eldest.
