Omegaās design inspirations
In The Bad Batch, it has been revealed that Omega is an unaltered Jango clone. She is the Omega to BobaāsĀ āAlpha.ā
In the comics, Jango Fettās family also look very similar to Boba and Omega.
Iād suggest that Omegaās design, and perhaps Arla Fettās as well, are inspired by Temuera Morrisonās sister, Taini.
And comments by Daniel Logan on his own family also give credence to this design choice being one inspired by real-life Maori families.
I have been and am a supporter of the Unwhitewash The Bad Batch movement. However, Iād also propose that Omegaās design is a tribute to Temuera Morrisonās sister, Taini, and not out of order when considered in light of comments by Daniel Logan on his own family.
Taini Morrison was a legendary haka performer. She had a crucial influence on modern-day Maori performance and her contributions have beenĀ celebrated by many people.Ā She passed away suddenly in 2009.Ā
