Virgil: Ugh, nature.

Patton: Yay, nature!

Roman: Alright everyone, off to your battle stations! * flourishes a broom like a sword and runs off to clean *

~ later on in the yard ~

Virgil: These sticks are too...sticky.

Patton: C'mon, Virgie, we only have a few more left in the front yard to pick up!

Virgil: Yeah, but then we still have the backyard. Stupid backyard. I hate everything right now.

Virgil: * looks over shoulder at some of the wild spring flowers that are growing *

Virgil: Except for those little guys. They're pretty cool, I guess.

Patton: Oooh, pretty! * gasps * Virgil, let's pick some to bring inside. We can put some in a vase- it'll be SCENTsational.

Patton: * giggles at pun * How about it, kiddo?

Virgil: * looks down at sticks in his arms before abruptly throwing them down half-hazardly * Sure, why not? Anything to get out of chores, Pat.

~ and yet even later on in the yard ~

Logan: * walking outside to inspect the yard, only to stop dead in his tracks *

Patton: * Is wearing a flower crown and  placing a necklace of flowers around Virgil's neck as they sit in a patch of wild flowers together *

Virgil: * looks over at Logan * Sup, dude?

Logan: Wha-what do you mean "Sup, dude?"??? * finger quoting frantically * "What is up" is that this yard does not appear to be finished at all. Roman and I have both completed- and on my part, excelled- at our assigned tasks.

Roman: * leaning out the door with flowery gloves and bandana still on * Did someone say excellent? Because I certainly am!

Roman: * notices what's going on * Oh my. * laughs * Well doesn't this appear to be straight out of a story book? But this kingdom doesn't run itself, you know. We all need to be doing our part, you two!

Logan: * shaking his head * No, no. It is my own error. I should have known better than to pair these two up when it concerns something serious.

Patton and Virgil: * now both have on a flower crown and lei, blissfully having gone back to ignoring the other two *

Logan: Honestly, they are like children on a play date.

SU Thoughts

*Now I really need Pearl and Lapis to talk one on one. They both show forms of PTSD(I think? Correct me if I’m wrong please. Perhaps a better term would just be trauma or?) and bottling up their problems only to have them explode later on. But also, Lapis tends to solve every problem by running away(until recently-you go girl). You know who else did that? Rose Quartz/Pink Diamond. Pearl has seen the fallout of someone who runs away constantly and after finally revealing some of the secrets she's been forced to keep might now be able to admit that that is never the way to solve your problems. Also, Pearl was still trapped as a servant to her Diamond this whole time- something Lapis, being trapped in the mirror and a fusion, would most likely be the best one to point this out to her. Their conversations, if handled well, could be phenomenal.

*Jasper and Bismuth would be a good pair to talk one on one aswell. They both were wanting to shatter someone who was actually who they were serving. And who they held in the highest esteem was lying to them the whole time. Bismuth wanted to shatter PD for RQ, Jasper wanted to shatter RQ for PD, but they were the same person the whole time. They went through the exact same thing, just through the opposite perspective.

*Garnet having to break the news to the Off Colors after telling them the story she thought was true for so long...would be heart-wrenching. Would  the Off Colors still want to come to Earth after all that? Or would they run off in the opposite direction as soon as Lars makes it back home?

Logan- Centaur (Bay Roan Appaloosa)

Roman- Satyr (Markhor)

Patton- Harpy (Blue Grey Tanager)

Virgil- Naga (Formosan Odd-Scaled Snake)

*The others like to ride on Logan’s back, but some *cough* Roman *cough* are too heavy to stay on for long. Virgil wraps around to distribute his weight, making him the best rider. Patton perches pretty well but sometimes accidentally digs his talons into Logan’s hide when he gets too excited.

*When Patton gets complimented or proud of the others, his feathers fluff up in happiness. Also he is The Mother HenTM.

*Roman keeps the other satyrs in check to make sure they don’t use their magic to take advantage of humans. “Remember everyone, consent is the most romantic thing of all!“ 

*Roman can play the flute(based on when he tried to play the recorder).

*Being reptilian, Virgil gets cold easily. He used to just nest up in lots of blankets but now that the others accept him he’ll just randomly wrap around one of them for cuddles.

*I guess since these are basically all Greek monsters then Thomas can be the Greek God that created them!

Cartoon Therapy Head-canons:

*Dr. Picani has a Pekingese named PecanPie. *His office actually has multiple therapists. Each of their personalities are based on "fusions" of the sides. *Each of their therapy styles and references are based on different types of TV shows. *Cartoon - Logan/Patton Anime - Roman/Virgil Science Fiction - Logan/Virgil Comedy/Sitcom - Roman/Patton Crime/Thriller - Logan/Roman K-Drama - Patton/Virgil *Each of their last names are also eerily similar to the type of pet they own. And said pet's name.(They didn't even all plan this is just a happy coincidence.) *Their rival office, across the street, is a shady business with a multitude of bad practices. Each person working there is based on "fusions" of the "dark sides". *The ones with Logan as an influence all have a tie. The Patton or Logan influenced ones all have glasses, but different types(i.e.cat's eye, round, etc.). *The break room is the biggest room in the building. Sometimes they'll invite their patients in there to have some snacks and/or drinks to cool down/take a breather after a session. *They have a "Bring Your Pet to Work Day" instead of a "Bring Your Kid to Work Day" once a season. Their regulars, who know of this tradition of theirs, will often join in on these days and bring their pets as well(if they have any). *Despite their many eccentricities, or perhaps because of, all of their patients have grown to adore and respect them.

Okay but the first one? The Z?? Is literally all of my hopes and dreams when it comes to sanders sides ships??? How did you know I needed this before I even did???

Polyamorous Relationships and LAMP

We all know LAMP/ CALM/ Polysanders/ Whatever we’re calling it here is a wonderful ship. It’s pure love and cuddle piles. But I was thinking, that polyamorous relations usually don’t work like that, right? It’s not always just a group in love. It’s often more like a tangled web of couples overlapping. Here’s a handy thing I got from google:

Honestly, there are so many combinations. And they can all be healthy! I haven’t seen anything like it, and I think that should change. It’s interesting!

Logan later prices together how much not being considered for the Crofter's project hurt Roman and conspires with Patton and Virgil to make something that'll hopefully cheer him up(until there's a real flavor made for him of course). Patton grows the berries in his garden, Logan figures out the recipe and puts it all together, and Virgil designs the packaging/jar cover. Eventually one day they all three, lead by a secretly nervous Logan, present the finished product to a confused Roman. In Logan's hand is a jar of  bright red jelly with a label that reads "Roman's Royal Raspberry". The lettering is a fancy cursive, the bear has been replaced with a roaring lion that is wearing a flowing cape/cloak, and there are different types of crowns aligning the top and bottom. A picture of Roman sits in the very center, one taken by Patton during one of his photography and scrapbook phases. Logan, worried by Roman's stunned silence, starts stammering about how it's not official or anything- they just wanted to present some ideas for a hopeful future possibility- while Patton and Virgil exchange questioning looks. Just as Patton starts to open his mouth to back him up, Roman envelopes the three of them in a hug. They don't see the happy tears streak running down his face until he finally pulls away to gently grasp the jar in his hands. What a precious gift, he thinks, from equally precious people.
