To Expect The Nameless To Be Only Have A Singular Weapon On Hand. After All, With A Job As EXCITING

β§βΛ β κ°ΰ§§ α― βγ €ΛΛΛγ €π΄ππππ ππ πππ ππππ π ππππππ πππππ ππ πππ to expect the Nameless to be only have a singular weapon on hand. After all, with a job as EXCITING and just a tiny bit DANGEROUS as trailblazing, the Nameless should ALWAYS be prepared. He wasn't certain what to expectγ €βγ €but it certainly wasn't a GIANT FLAMING LANCE. Those lavender orbs of his were marveling at the historical weapon; both impressed by its might and wondering how the rest of the train hadn't caught fire the moment it had been drawn.
ΛΚ βΎ ΙΛγ €ΛΛΛγ €γ €βγ €WOAHγ €βγ €yeah, that is pretty cool ! I don't think I've ever seen anything like a flaming lance on Penacony !γ €β
ΛΚ βΎ ΙΛγ €ΛΛΛγ €γ €The child was smiling already; still clearly excited about all of the grand adventures that awaited the Namelessγ €βγ €but he couldn't help but BEAM with delight at the newfound title. ' GALATIC BASEBALLER JUNIOR 'γ €βγ €it had a really nice ring to it; perfect for any newfound Trailblazer !

ΛΚ βΎ ΙΛγ €ΛΛΛγ €γ €βγ €I'll do my best as the Galactic Baseballer Junior, Mister Akio ! I'll make you AND the rest of the Nameless proud !γ €β

His hands on his hips, Akio nodded proudly, like an older brother who just taught his younger sibling how to stand up for himself. And in a way, it was, and Akio liked to see it that way.
"Fear not, the Galactic Baseballer - that is me - has more than one trick up his sleeve!" Two weapons on hand was always better than one. He reaches out an arm, and a bright orange lance appears in his hand. Underestimating the weight- or overestimating his own strength for just a moment, the lance nearly tips him over, and as the weapon hits the floor of the train carriage, it makes a considerable THUNK sound. Luckily, the surface only barely scratches.
"This here, is the War-Flaming Lance of former Supreme Guardian Alisa Rand! Pretty cool, right?" He was pretty proud of wielding such a weapon, even if his go-to was the baseball bat. The lance emanates heat akin to a lit furnace, so Akio decides to put it away shortly after.

"So, until we get you something, you can use that, no problem! Maybe we can find another super-powered baseball bat you can whack monsters with! You can be... the Galactic Baseballer Junior."

Β Kunikida froze in concern and confusion when he heard what the boy said. βWhat?β
Children usually did not react this badly when they hear hospital or orphanage unless they had a negative experience. He could understand why the boy could react negatively to the word, orphanage. Even though orphanages are supposed to be a place that cares for children, some orphanages abused their orphans. Atsushi was a good example of that.
But a hospitalβ¦ Was he scared of needles? But stillβ¦ a fear of needles should not have this strong of a reaction. He couldnβt help but think back to Yumeno. Yumeno also did not like doctors due to their experiences. Just the thought of an orphanage or doctors abusing a child infuriated him. Children were meant to be protected and mentored, not abused.
βCalm down. I promise you that nobody is going to hurt you.β
If there were adults who mistreated the boyβs trust, gaining his trust would be hard.

βCan you please explain what you mean by earlier? What did the hospital and doctors do to hurt you before?β

β§βΛ β κ°ΰ§§ α― βγ €ΛΛΛγ €π»πππππ ππ πππ π ππππππππ ππππππ of the Astral Expressγ €βγ €it was clear that the hotel bellboy part of him wasn't exactly leaving anytime soon. That truth had been made more than obvious by the very image of the child scurrying about the main train car and cleaning every surface that could POSSIBLY be cleaned. Sure, his efforts weren't making THAT much of a difference with the conductor having done the job alreadyγ €βγ €but he was sure he was picking up a few dust bunnies and ACTUAL bunny ( . . . ? ) fur !
ΛΚ βΎ ΙΛγ €ΛΛΛγ €γ €So focused the child had been on his self - appointed duties that he practically jumps when the OTHER new member of the Astral Express speaks out to him. The boy turns; periwinkle eyes blinking for just a few moments before he SMILES and shakes his head. Technically, there was no hierarchy or fancy titles like ' Family Head ' or ' Watchmaker ' separating them anymoreγ €βγ €and it wasn't for that reason that he refused. It was just the CUSTOMER SERVICE that was apparently stuck in him.

ΛΚ βΎ ΙΛγ €ΛΛΛγ €γ €βγ €It's OKAY, Mister Sunday ! I couldn't POSSIBLY make you do all this work !γ €β

@indeliblepromise β‘'d for a starter !

flaxen hues watch as the young boy tidies up around the parlor car, wiping down the tables and sweeping even though the conductor just did that not even two hours ago. its almost a little bizarre, the two of them now being members aboard the astral express, when before their interactions were few and far between. the halovian wonders if he should speak the boy, but his own shy nature made him struggle with it still. then again, it also wouldn't do to stay strangers when they'd be traveling together for the foreseeable future. so he gets up from his seat and walks over to misha, offering a small, but unsure, smile.

β um... would you like some help, misha ? if you plan on cleaning the rest of the train, it'd be an awful lot of work for just you. β
