Okay we all know Abigail disappeared at the end of episode 5 but did you think about the timing of what she disappeared. She stuck around when she had plenty of chances to not only make a run for it but have Harry killed in the process like at Scotland until she found an answer. Her answer was James's, is I'm not calling him Jimmy I'm not, weakness. Funny how it's not a physical weakness but an emotional one, Macy! I think she was waiting around to see what she could play against him whether it's because he attacked her and their enemies or she actually let him out or wants to work with them and he doesn't want to is still yet to be seen. But I can almost guarantee with the way the story is going right now she was waiting around until she had something she could use as a pressure point for her purposes only turns out it's Macy which Harry and the sisters we're super fucking dumb for telling her all the shit and is going to be seen regret it.. Whether it's threatening Macy to get the dark lighter to do what she wants or on her side or or emotionally manipulating one and or both of them they are going to regret ever showing her all this. At Macy's expense again!!!

Dark vs Light

Okay from what I see we all identify James the dark lighter as all of the bad or evil in James West well and Harry is supposed to be all the light and good but and a thought, you know that it was the elders that made was in charge of this so is it such a crazy thought to think light and dark don't mean our version of light and dark cuz we all know the elders version was fucked. Like they literally wanted to kill anything that was even remotely inconvenient and all these weird sadistic test they put everybody through like the elders themselves weren't light as they tried to make themselves out to be so they could have just put whatever they found useful enough in Harry and whatever they wanted to discard in the dark lighter James and they would call it light or dark because they're so pretentious holier than thou assholes, right? Like the fact that they even created white lighters in Darksiders gives away to the fact that they weren't all that white not to mention what else they know of and we know that magic is neither good or bad it comes from the same Source the flame or whatever but it's how you use it and whether you let it consume you that decides it. So wouldn't it be cool to explore the darker sides of Harry and the lighter sides of James. Because everything that's a elders and their acolytes decide where is dark or whatever wouldn't necessarily be dark or evil. Not to mention the whole dark and light thing doesn't necessarily mean good or evil? And no I'm not saying Harry's evil. Maybe it's more like Chaos and Order then as simple as good and evil.

Speaking of James West well I really hope there's more to his other family and the whole you're insatiable greedy thing, like an actual story behind it that I have a fanfiction in my head I kind of hoping it's true about Macy's past-life but regardless I really hope it's something more other than to give James darklighter and excuse to be really creepy and rapey towards Macy. I'm really hoping the show doesn't go that way but a lot of shows have been going down using rape nothing more than a shock value and then it's moved over with an only brought up to traumatize people then actually a story about anyting of substance to say about it instead of hyperfocusing and almost fetishizing it and putting it in there unnecessarily. Grrrr seriously you don't know how sick and tired I am of seeing that. Make it a story let me see his other family give me a reason. Also tell me how where he was in the bottle and How Deeply they're connected! Along with how he felt about the Callahan sisters. And you know darklighter James is personality or motivations at all up to and including Macy. I mean we know he has feelings for her but we don't know enough about his personality or how they're going to betray him to know if this is a good or bad thing. Cuz just because they have them say it's a bad thing in the trailer or in the show we don't know what that. You're going to come across cuz as they've shown previously just cuz you think it's a bad thing doesn't necessarily mean it is even if one or more are almost all of them agree with you. It's like they're giving us moments of Harry and saying it's his backstory but they're not actually giving us the back of the story to make us understand any of the why. Not to say I am not loving this at the Hacy.😁

Side note I don't actually understand why Abigail is actually on the demon side the more we learn about her backstory I know she says things that were supposed to take as motivation but it almost just sounds like she's just saying things to say things because what she saying doesn't make sense to what she's doing. It almost seems like she's trying to manipulate them but like the equation does not balance okay. I don't know maybe I'm just not getting it

So if Harry saw James's memories does that mean he also saw the dream where he starts actually seducing her in episode 2? Cuz we see one scene and then we are told that he remembers more connected to the scenes we've seen so can we get a flashback of next episode for the pain reacting to the whole I want us to be together meeting cuz I need it, badly. Also I need to know what she has written down in her journal. It is a mighty need! Also James needs to mention Macy's demon outfit cuz it's worth it! It's worth that much, LOL! Along with meeting to know when these feelings started on each behalf, you know for science.

S ooo funny story.

While I was watching last night's episode before they even pulled the hood off the woman and after when they showed it was Macy before they fully explained I totally thought it was The Other Woman of his other family and still Macy. Like Macy's the reincarnation the woman he loves but couldn't be publicly and legally because she was black. But with James being insatiable he was still with her and had another family and then was pressured into marrying or something. So they basically became the other family. I mean why else even mentioned the other family thing unless they're going to play unexplained memory off as the reason why dark Harry is going to be like try to rape Macy what I'm not down for at all so I really hope that's not the story they're going with. But like yeah Macy and Harry are basically reincarnated forbidden lovers in James is mortal life. Which you also got me thinking about the memory his son dying what is that wasn't Carter but his other kid. And charity would have known probably knew that and is manipulating him even then we already know about. I also think it would be funny if she was also HR somebody important to the magical community in her past life too and the sacrifice our brave heroic thing he did to be a whitelighter was evolving around her and their other family. I don't know if this is actually going to be a theory cuz I already started explaining away from it but I'm into it now. Oh it's dark Harry are we calling him James now have their memories cuz that would make more sense that's my theory but if not either way. And the James I know that when he stabbed Harry Harry wouldn't act like. I need us to it to be better because he had Macy or he was angry at Harry for being imprisoned or him being free or him getting to be around Macy or maybe just a whole charity thing to begin with including Macy depending on when these feelings started.

Oh and I keep on hearing a theory but and his human life he was an actor that got like drafted or constructed into the army or whatever where did I come from where is the source cuz I've heard it like little bit and people act like it's fact but I don't remember this. All I remember is like him robbing a bank before and his memory Tartarus? I need answers it's bugging me. Is it just a headcanon or am I missing something? Cuz we have gotten no references to being an after or soldier that I recall.

Side note, if every white lighter has a dark lighter what does that mean for Jada the half white lighter? And is she even alive because of her half white lighter origin and if she is did it affect your powers and anyway?

Fakeout as Foreshadowing

Did it seemed kind of weird to anybody else that the overlord was supposed to be this big thing only for Abigail to sell it off as her using an old prophecy instead of being the actual Overlord? It seemed 2 convenient. What if she was just using it as she said to try and gain power and it turns out Macy actually is the heir to the guy threw her demon blood. It seems we want to be learning so much about demon Bloodlines unless we are going to learn about Macy's especially with the whole find the overlord sneak out they did back in episode 2. Be kind of cool if they used it as a foreshadowing instead of just a fake out. I don't know.

Am I the only one that feels Abigail's trying way too hard to be important to actually be important or all that powerful. I mean she already admitted to using the overlord as a power play and she keeps on inserting herself almost to make herself seem more important and powerful than she really is. Like each time she mentions it her power or her importance or significance in anyway it's almost seems butting in and a reminder that makes me be life but are you really are you really that important or powerful are you know noticeable.

Whiterlighters

Okay I'm calling it! When they made the first white lighter the alpha they discovered just leaving them untethered had consequences as in Darksiders so the elders tethered the white letters to them in life and death and that's why all the white lighters died when the elders died. But because Harry could already been severed and was an independent white lighter a dark lighter was made to mirror him and restore the balance or whatever. And that's why the two untethered ones with darklighters are still around but all the other white whitelighters are dead

Hey maybe the reason why he's trying to gets female Alpha creatures it's so he can get together then erase the good Harry that ones just a theory. Though I kind of hope they don't playoff his focus on Macy as part of that as a cop out. Cuz that was just suck with all that buildup and that nothing!!

Sorry to bother you on this but how do you think they handled the political drama of got? Why is no one discussing about the power vacuum Dany’s death left?

Good question! Short answer: David and Dan kinda forgot what triggered the War of the Five Kings. 

Daenerys’ death left Westeros in another power void, definitely, and to what should be a much more divided realm than when Baratheon died. See, Dany just replaced Cersei as the leader of the Empire, for what, a day? And then she was killed without actually putting the groundwork to stabilize / restructure this newly acquired Empire. She was the one holding the alliance together. Dorne called their banners for her. The Iron Islands are there to fight her battle. The Northern army was there solely because Jon swore fealty to her. Not to mention, before Dany came in to the picture, the realm was already in the fragile state, and more so when Cersei decided to eliminate her enemies in KL by bombing the Great Sept of Baelor. From north to south leaders were openly calling for independence / are in open rebellion against the crown (that conversation between Jaime and Cersei in S7 says hi!). Even Cersei knew her status as Queen didn’t hold much legitimacy, and that the Empire is really in the state of disarray, and this is why she went full Power mode and kill literally anyone she could kill to stop them from undermining her position. 

There’s no logical reason why Westeros wouldn’t fall back to another long civil war after the death of the person who held the alliance together. Yara rallied for her in part because Dany promised her independence in case she asked for it. The switch from hereditary monarchy to elective monarchy without giving us a more detailed picture of that journey from A to B is again, a microcosm of what went wrong with this series. Dany’s  large army not taking control after her death is asking too much from viewers with how long they can suspend disbelief over this political shuffle. You can’t even make an argument that maybe they were following Tyrion because dude, Tyrion resigned as Dany’s hand right in front of them, and after she declared Grey Worm as the commander. To see him making political decision while a literal prisoner of war as a traitor right in front of Grey Worm is hilarious. Worse, and this has been the laughing point in fandom right now, you have one lord asking for Northern independence from her brother as if it’s a candy, and no one is saying hold up, what about my kingdom? It’s like, they also kinda forgot the whole history of the place they live in. 

But then again, the only way to make sense of this whole mess is to not apply logic to it. 

Actors Vs Writers

I'm getting kind of tired of people defending bad writing by saying how beautiful a scene or moment was or how much they like a character in those moments. Just because the actor are amazing enough to make you feel what they want you to feel in those scene doesn't mean the writing in that moment or leading up to that moment was good or validated enough of a payoff to justify what the writer are putting down. In media on any screen that tends to be the actors job. Any good actor can pull you in even if its not the best writing. Case and point the Star War Prequels. A great actor can break yout heart even when the story diresction or action have you scratching your head. They can have you love a character that you have no business even liking. A moving scene is sometimes, unfortunately more and more often now a days due to a actor then good writing or the deadly duo of both working together. It seems now a days writer go for the shock value then the content. Its always been my veiw that actor job to make us feel it and a writer job to make us believe it. If you cry\laugh\cheer or etc. During a scene thats the actor doing their job. If you look back and it still makes sense to you and you still believe and feel that way even away fro the media itself thats the writer doing theirs. Lately I have seen some pretty damn amazing acting for some down right shitty writer. Feeling vs Believing is a very real thing in media lately and it makes me incredibly sad to think of what they could have made if it wasnt so. Think of all those moving moments mixed in all the bad writing or cheap ending that leave the bitter taste of copout in your mouth and just how much more they could have been. Even if it wasnt the ending you want or were expecting it would still have ascended those moments if the direction\story\characteristics was believable.

so cersei was robbed of her epic death, daenerys was robbed of her character development, the hound was robbed of any arc, jamie was robbed of character development, euron was robbed of an epic death, yara was robbed of revenge, grey worm was robbed of his happiness, missandei was robbed of her happiness, jon was robbed of his personality, arya was robbed of her own arc, am i missing anyone? oh right we were also robbed, of an ending that isn’t absolute and utter trash, how could i forget

i love jon snow. i really, truly do. but if you think that this show is ending with him as the hero for any other reason besides pure misogyny, you are completely ignorant.

jon does not deserve the iron throne, and he does not deserve to be the hero of this story.

is he a good, honorable man? yes. is he a hero? yes.

daenerys targaryen suffered through a childhood of poverty. she suffered through being mentally, physically, and sexually abused by her brother, her only living family. she suffered through years of assassins being sent to kill her, since she was a baby, simply because of her name. she was sold by her brother to a warlord as a sex slave. she was raped and brutalized. she eventually developed feelings of love for her husband as a means to survive. she suffered through the death of her husband and baby, blaming herself for both and actually having to be the one to kill her husband out of mercy. she managed to do the impossible and emerge from fire with three baby dragons, her children. she lead her people through the red waste, suffering with them as they all almost died of starvation and dehydration. she managed to negotiate her people’s safety in qaarth. she was betrayed by one of her best friends, resulting in the murder of her other best friend and the slaughter of her people. she moved on to liberate cities, free slaves, and execute justice on those who enslaved them.

she had the chance to leave slaver’s bay, to have a fleet and an army to take king’s landing, and she refused. she set aside her one goal in life in order to ensure the end of slavery and gain experience as a good ruler. when she was attacked and betrayed at every turn, her soldiers slaughtered, she refused to give in to the masters. when her dragons, her children, killed an innocent, she locked them away. she tried to negotiate a compromise with the people/masters to stop the killings by the sons of the harpy, only to be attacked and have even more of her soldiers killed. she went against the khalasar who kidnapped and whipped her, wanted to gang rape her, and forever enslave her in the dosh khaleen. she freed the dothraki women from the khals and banned them all from raping and killing. she outlawed raping, killing, and pillaging from the iron islands. she sacrificed one of her children to save jon & co. beyond the wall, against the advice of all of her council. she pledged herself and her forces to jon before he bent the knee. she fought alongside the extremely rude, disrespectful, petty, xenophobic northerners at the cost of her most trusted advisor and over half of her armies.

she lost another one of her dragons and had to watch as her best friend was brutally beheaded in front of her eyes.

she was told time and time again that she was nothing. that she would go mad because her father was the “mad king”, because she was a targaryen, despite everything she’s done to prove herself as a good and just ruler.

and then she learned that the man she loved, the only person truly on her side, betrayed her. and now everyone else she has left immediately started conspiring to kill or overthrow her.

you want to say she went mad because “she’s a targaryen” and then argue that jon, who is also a targaryen, is the hero in the same breath?

why? because he has a dick? because he wasn’t raised by the madness, even though neither was dany?

what about aemon targaryen? visenya targaryen? rhaenys targaryen? alysanne targaryen? baelor targaryen? jaeherys targaryen? daeron II? aegon V? viserys I? viserys II? rhaella? what about them? can she not be good, like them?

all daenerys will ever be remembered as is the foreign whore that brought savages to kill your children, the mad queen that burned cities to ashes even after surrender. for revenge. for power.

all daenerys will be remember as is the woman who gave everything, every part of herself because she wanted a home, only to be betrayed and murdered by the only man she has ever truly loved.

the great house targaryen will die with her.

what was it all for? what was the point of revealing jon’s identity if not for any other reason than to use it as a way to tear daenerys down, destroy her confidence, turn her allies against her? what was the point of their relationship? so that it can be so “poetic” and “devastating” when he kills her? so that jon can “feel bad” and wallow in self-pity for the rest of his life?

what was the point of jon snow? if you think the only character destruction i’m mad about is dany, you’re wrong. what was the point of jon? he doesn’t carry on the targaryen house. he doesn’t rule. he isn’t “the prince that was promised”. literally, what was the point if he just goes back to being the bastard of winterfell, living his life on the wall?

what was the point of jaime? jaime who risked everything to kill the mad king, to save innocent lives, that apparently “doesn’t care about innocent lives”. that after years and years of character development, ends up leaving a woman who loves him despite everything he’s done, just to go back to the abusive sister he finally left.

what was the point of cersei? the true mad queen, as it’s been shown time and time again. who would rather die, see millions die, than lose. who killed innocent people in the sept, leading to the death of her own son. you want me to feel sympathy for her? you want to make her the good guy? play sad music and cry while she begs not to die? (not to mention killing a pregnant woman on mother’s day – that’s a whole other thing right there)

what about grey worm? a character who started as a brutalized slave, meant to show no emotion and care about no one. he went through hell and survived to be liberated, to find love, to find his humanity. only for it to be taken away right in front of him. only for him to dishonor missandei’s memory by losing the humanity he worked so hard for, to kill and kill and kill. because hey, that’s what he was always meant to be, right – a killer.

and missandei? a woman who had been through hell, who was freed from chains only to die in chains.

missandei deserved better. grey worm deserved better. jaime lannister deserved better. (brienne deserved better)

jon snow deserved better.

and daenerys targaryen deserved fucking better.

God I’m just gonna say it, bc people don’t seem to understand this. Foreshadowing is not the same thing as actually developing a character arc. You can say this was foreshadowed as much as you want but the truth of the matter is, it still doesn’t make sense. They never really showed Dany do anything that would make us believe she is actually going mad. You can’t just have a couple of characters worry about it, have her save millions of lives and then just magically make her go mad. There is no progression. There is her being a hero and then in the span of an episode she is mad. Hinting that Daernerys will go mad, isn’t the same thing as actually writing her decent to madness. I don’t care if you foreshadowed it, it still doesn’t make senses

Please tell me how this was a satisfying or bittersweet ending for any single character?

The only major character that will make it out half-okay is Sansa, but it was at the expense of her now ruling Winterfell in an empty castle. Arya isnt coming back. Bran is going to be king down south. Jon is disappearing beyond the wall. She has nothing left but the power she was clawing for and betrayed Jon for.

The only character that gets it good is fucking BRONN who was nothing but a douchebag the entire show but will now have High Garden and be part of the ruling council he has no business being on.

The show has stressed for the last two episodes on sexist ideas about ruling and the only major women left in the race for the throne being too unfit. Now the show is going to end with an all male council. The narrative reinforced the misogyny pressed in the show.

Also let’s not forget that the Unsullied and Dothraki will be ordered to leave in the end. The xenophobic and racist northerners were right too and the story has no place for brown people in Westeros.

If you’re still defending this writing just because you hate Dany I pity you.
