I’ve always wanted to do demon Slayer hcs let me indulge myself 😤😤✨✨ I chose several dorms, and each dorm will have different kinds of demon slayer readers based on the series so it doesn’t feel too repeated, enjoy! Let me know if you all would like a part 2 💕

🦉Intro: Night Raven College🦉

Being thrown into another world, where blood demon art like magic was normalised (and so was the unordinary) was quite a spectacle, to say the least. Not to mention how technologically advanced everything was!

You were glad that at least your sword was transported with you, bearing some proof of who you were before you were isekai’d into hot disney villain land.

Everyone was just as shocked as you were when the mirror came to inspect you and revealed the truth, and soon, the headmaster took you in for questioning. 

When you told him all about your world, overwhelmed was an understatement. A world where flesh eating demons existed, and you were part of the corps that fought them? How amazing!

Although you were left with no magic, you still have your strong physique, inhuman abilities and sword techniques that would bring everyone in NRC to shame. Not to mention, your breathing techniques would definitely put magic reliant students a run for their money.

By the time the semester rolled by, everyone would know not to mess with you, for you were a true fighter, and one that has defeated creatures far more powerful than they could imagine. All that while completely magicless. 

You become one of the most well respected figures of NRC, and don’t be surprised if anyone shoots you a dozen questions of the world where you came from.

🌹Heartslabyul🌹

At first, no one in Heartslabyul suspected a single thing. They thought you were nice, and at least had common sense as you stopped Adeuce from doing something questionably stupid. Riddle thought you were well mannered and polite, but he and the third years often underestimated you and were quite overprotective, especially since a school of villains was not the safest environment.

However, that all changed when you demonstrated your strength–easily slashing through ghosts during the ghost marriage event. Despite having no magic, you showed no fear and assisted Ace and Riddle through the venue, relying on your breath of flower.

It was also evident from how you were quick and agile. When the hedgehogs left their pen and everyone was panicking, you swooped in with ease, grabbing hedgehogs left and right and bringing them into safety.

The other Heartslabyul residents are now very respectful of you, knowing their boundaries and no longer bothering you or talking behind your back for being magicless. Riddle, Cater and Trey no longer doubted you–you could hold your own just fine.

Adeuce couldn’t help but admire you a bit more. It felt like you jumped straight out of a comic book, a hero who slays demons at night with a cool sword. If you ever decide to practice or simply spend time in the rose garden (the flowers reminded you of certain people), you can bet there’s a 50/50 chance that they’ll be by your side. 

Riddle loves hanging out with you and dragging the others along to a tea party in the garden. He also tends to ask you a bit more about your world and what it’s like there, fighting demons non stop while being human. 

Your story kind of reminds them of Alice in Wonderland, a person arriving in an unknown world full of magic that was barely comprehensible for someone of their time. He hopes you aren’t bombarded with too many questions, and it’s up to Trey to settle down the first years if they overwhelm you too much. They’re all just super curious.

Cater likes recording your stunts, but he is also aware of your culture shock from all this technology, so he takes his time to explain to you every single bit of info of what’s this and that.

Trey takes on the role of a brother of some sort, embracing you with familial warmth that you very much needed. As you explain to him of the dangers in your world and how so many people have lost their families to demons, he can’t help but give you a curt hug and tell you how powerful you are for being so strong.

Riddle and you get along somewhat, with him teaching you about magic while you fed his knowledge about everything he wanted to know about Blood Demon Art. 

He’s a bit taken aback when you said something out of the blue to him one day, in an almost endearing tone. “You kind of remind me of someone in the corps.” Riddle doesn’t know what you mean by that, but by the way you smiled and how you gently patted his head, perhaps this was someone important. He’s glad to see you smiling at least.

🌞Scarabia🌞

Kalim thinks you’re a fun person to be with! You have so much energy! As expected from a Breath of Love user! He doesn’t care that you have no magic, he’ll still have your back and make sure you’re adjusting well.

Jamil is glad that you aren’t as spontaneous as Kalim, less trouble for him. However, he suspects that there’s a different side of you that has piqued his interest…

And he was right. You were powerful, almost superhuman. You easily defeated everyone, even the Malleus Draconia in an arm wrestling contest. And seeing as you had no magic, there was definitely no cheating involved. This lead to an uproar, and more and more people wanted  to test your strength.

Kalim could only watch in wonder while Jamil watched in shock as you took down a multitude of magical shift players in gym, almost as if it was child’s play. If you were already this strong, how formidable were you with a sword?!

When you explain to them that you always held back due to being shunned by people and being viewed as a “monster,” Kalim was already tearing up and hugging you close, telling you soft words of reassurance.

Jamil could relate, especially with his unique magic. He tells you that the real thing that matters is yourself, and how you act to others. He tells you to not fret over it too much–the people here are much more accepting. This leads to a bond formed by mutual understanding, and you’re glad that someone else feels what you feel.

You’re a great delight in parties, always livening the atmosphere with your mere presence. Don’t even get me started on the banquets. Jamil is taken off guard by your giant appetite, being able to eat such large quantities of food with little to no effort  Azul would commit murder to get your abilities.

If you feel insecure about your large appetite as well, don’t fret. They won’t judge you and encourage you to eat as much as you want. Kalim hates seeing you hold back on the things you love, and he’ll happily bring you as much food as you like. Jamil would also sneak you into the kitchen whenever he was cooking, letting you try and help out with as many dishes as you wished.

They are overwhelmed by your sword. “This…is a sword?!” As Jamil traces his hands over the bendy metal, Kalim bombards you with questions, asking how you fought with such a unique sword. You must’ve trained super hard to be able to be such a one of kind demon slayer! They’ll even ask you if you wanted to learn how to dance–seeing as you were perfectly built for such activities.

🍎Pomefiore🍎

As a demon slayer who specialises in poisons and gracefulness (similar to Shinobu), the Pomefiore trio and you get along well, even admiring you.

Vil can’t get enough of talking about poisons and their potential to you–how you were practically what he called a genius. As you went into more detail of the chemicals and which poisons were for which, he couldn’t help but take notes. Expect yourself to be invited to partner up with him any time!

Rook and Vil are very curious about your sword and scabbard. They’ll ask for its mechanics, how the poison is stored, and why you chose such a shape for a sword. Be patient with them, that means you’ve caught their eye.

Don’t be taken aback if they ask you about wisteria based poisons that are lethal to other sentient beings in Twisted Wonderland, like beastmen, merfolk and faes. Don’t worry, this is fuelled by their genuine search of knowledge. Hopefully.

Rook commemorates you for the sheer gracefulness and beauty collected in your movements, from the very way you positioned your feet to the gravity defying stunts you managed to pull off in mere seconds.

 He is VERY interested in you, often asking you about your breathing forms and how long have you been perfecting your skill.

Epel admires you a lot. You were powerful, a person to look up to in his eyes. He immediately latches onto you, asking you to help him get stronger, teach him how to fight and even how to use the sword! 

Although you weren’t a typical demon slayer, you’ll be happy to entertain him.

Rook joins in, enamoured by how this was all practically second nature to you. He sends you a lot of compliments and often tests your limits, asking you if you can make a poison even more lethal than the dose required to kill an upper moon demon.

Vil was reluctant at first when he saw you teaching Epel the basics, but based on what he saw of how you managed to display beauty in your slashes, he’ll allow it. It was a good outlet for Epel, and there was no harm in expressing yourself like this. That was one of the reasons he admired you in the first place.

Vil also compliments your haori. Now that you mention it, it shares some traits with his dorm uniform! He jokes that since you’re practically a prime Pomefiore student, he ought to make one inspired from his dorm just for you. He wasn’t joking he’s already looking at fabric patterns and textiles.

🐉Diasomnia🐉

You are in for a ride.

They cannot get enough of you. Lilia is amused at your reactions to modern world inventions, and Malleus and you bond over how technology was confusing and strange. 

They do ask questions though, especially about the world you live in. My, flesh eating demons that can do Blood Demon Art? How ferocious! A cute little human like you being able to take down hundreds of them was a sight to behold, and they figured you were like no other.

When Lilia finds out that you were quite the swordsman, he asks Silver to spar with you. Why, this was just to see your abilities!

But their breaths were soon taken away as you used the purest breath style, Breath of the Sun. My my, a human like you was ironically as superhuman as one could get. 

For the first time in what felt like a century, the hair on their skin stood, goosebumps appearing. They were now hooked, feeling a sense of astonishment as it felt like red flames littered the air.

Silver is speechless, barely registering his back hitting the ground as you put away your sword in favour of holding your hand up to him. What did he just witness? You moved with such agility, not even breaking a sweat as you disarmed him in a heartbeat.

 He asks if the two of you could train together, and you’ll soon develop a bond over helping each other improve. Though, with how easily you defeated him, he kinda wonders on what the hell he was doing during all the years of fencing he went through…

Sebek at first was the toughest cookie to crack. But as soon as he sees the seer nature of you using breath techniques in action, he’s WHIPPED. He slowly eases in a few questions, “how did you become so strong?” “What are your techniques?” and “Maybe you’re not such a foolish mortal after all…” Before you know it, he’s considering if you would like to be a royal guard for WAKA-SAMA Malleus.

Just imagine this tsundere cabbage patch’s face as you easily pin him down during a sparring session. A mere human, as minuscule as you were felt like a crushing weight underneath him. He’s flabbergasted as his pride took a detrimental hit, but you’ve proved yourself to him. Easy to say, you’ve earned his respect, and just like Silver, soon he’ll invite you to more sparring sessions. 

In short, you become a new member of their oddball family. Especially when you revealed that a lot of corps members, including yourself joined the cause due to demons slaughtering your loved ones. As you tell them of how you felt more alone now that you were world’s apart from what little loved ones you had left, they’ll happily take you in. Lilia and Malleus are filing out adoption papers as we speak while SilBek are elated to have a new ward for Tsunotarou.

Hi! (Not sure if my first ask got through) I've seen that you wrote headcannons for both Genshin Impact and Fire Emblem and I took this as an opportunity to ask for a crossover. I'd like to ask some headcannons for Zhongli and a Nabatean/Child of Sothis! s/o who somehow found themselves in Teyvat.

What a cool and super adorable crossover idea :D Also lol I've hardly written anything but smut in so long, it's wild to be aked to write something so nice and pleasant loool

Zhongli x Nabatean!Reader (gender neutral) sfw, fluff

Zhongli begins as amicably with this new visitor to Teyvat as with anyone else- but the more time goes on, the more you two learn about each other’s worlds, and as it slowly dawns on him that a ‘Nabatean’ may very well rival his own lifespan, well… having someone by his side that long might be… nice, to say the least.

But oof, my friend, he is going to take his damn sweet time considering every possible angle before initiating a romance. He’s a careful, thoughtful man by nature, and he can’t risk falling into these new, warm feelings until he’s ruled out the possibility that his own loneliness has led him into the arms of the first person who may be able to sooth him throughout his [potentially] eternal existence.

On the plus side, we get to see some sweet, sweet pining while he figures that out- and when Zhongli pines, he pines hard. Consider how much thought he puts into matters of governance, culture, etc. and apply that to the arduous task of sorting out his feelings when this new presence in his life is someone so well matched to him in lifestyle and philosophy. He finds himself constantly at odds with his urge to lace his fingers with yours while you walk the docks of Liyue- even worse is the spontaneous but immense desire to brush stray green-toned hair behind adorably pointed ears- or, heavens forbid it- lightly kiss or nip at their unique contour.

Thank goodness you both live so long, since by the time he finally realizes that his feelings for you aren’t going anywhere, you’ve become truly irreplaceable to one another as companions.

Given the difficult and downright traumatizing past of the Nabatean people, it’s understandable that sometimes you wish you could put your time in Fodlan entirely behind you and focus only on the future. Zhongli is uniquely empathetic towards this impulse, but he’s always one to remind you of the importance of the past in shaping the future. He’s incredibly comforting to vent and open up to, and it’s likely during one of these earnest conversations that it dawns on you that being with him isn’t just about not being lonely anymore- it’s about what he adds to your sprawling lifespan.

On the day he finally, finally confesses to you, he’s used Geo to carve a small dragon pendant for you out of Cor Lapis- even incorporating several details of your own transformed body as you’ve described them to him in the past. The man is incredibly conscientious and detail-oriented, and it shows in his handiwork, and in how attentive he’s always been with you.

As the years and generations pass, you two will be known as a power couple anywhere you go, and kindred spirits beyond a doubt. Mealtimes together are full of lively conversations on poetry, philosophy, trade, and everything in between- you constantly engage each other intellectually and fill your years by always learning more about each other and Teyvat as a whole.

Zhongli can be a touch over-protective, however. It’s hard not to be sympathetic, given how many he’s seen come and go from his life, and how many of those closest to him have met tragic ends. Now that he has, at long, long last, managed to open his heart to a life with a companion, the thought of losing you is nearly too much to bear. He’d thought that he had largely made peace with loss, and death as a whole, but the prospect of a life with you has deeply shaken that part of him (basically what I’m saying is, my guy has some Seteth energy woop)

You may not realize until one of the Adepti or even another Archon points it out to you, but having you in his life does very gradually soften Zhongli’s overall demeanor a bit. He’s always been as immovable and eternal as the stone he represents, but with the new light and life you bring to his day-to-day, those who have known him the longest will be sure to notice a shift.

HOO Boy. There was a lot to uncover.

Xehanort is Ephemer's descendant. This made me gasp for some reason, becaude of the type of future that Ephemer wanted to bring and here comes his descendant using darkness. This made me think "Oh crud, we became part of our best friend's descendant"

Child Xehanort is adorable. He was so adorable I wanted to cry. He also misses his mom~ even though he grew up without her. (Sora, your mom's worried sick) How can someone that adorable as a child become... eh *gestures to older Xehanort*

Player is the old man that raised Xehanort, not Xehanort himself. At least that brought some type of relief to me that we are no longer part of a person that did atrocious things to our old friends and a lot of other people but still...

F*CK YOU, MoM!! YOU CONVERTED A CHILD THAT I LOVINGLY RAISED TO TURN TO THE DARKNESS. WE HELD THAT BOY IN OUR ARMS!!😭

Also, we were already too deep into the "Player is Xehanort" and got a lot of good fanfics out of it. Nomura, stop it with the plot twists.

So the reason why Xehanort dreamt the Player's old memories is because he had the ability to sense others' hearts.

4. Xehanort's destiny??? I'm not sure if Player mistook Xehanort for Sora as the child of destiny, but I can't rule out the possibility that maybe Xehanort was SUPPOSED(???) to be the child of destiny but MoM stirred his path to the darkness and that role was given to Sora like how Riku was supposed to have the keyblade but when he turned to the darkness, the keyblade was given to Sora.

But, it's KINDA messed up if Player just happned to take Xehanort and raised him in Destiny Islands to make him fit into the role of the child of destiny... I still have issues regarding that like... Player, what are you doing?

6. Possibility that Player will be in Missing Link. The player lived two lives, the second being in Scala Ad Caelum when they learned the destiny of the child of destiny. Imagine if we met Brain... like "Hey Brain, it's me Player." Hopefully, we also get to know who Demyx and Luxord are as somebodies. And I swear, if Luxu body hops into someone we are well-acquainted with again, I will throw something..!

I'm just here rubbing my head at the twists, it was late at night so I wouldn't dive into this further than I normally would have been.

Lover's Oath is NOT Guizhong's Lullaby

(Guili shippers might attack me for this. I have nothing against Guili, it's just that this headcanon had been made "official" by most of the fandom because of misconception and I found no correlation of this song to Guizhong.

It also didn't help that I read this archive piece from a long time ago.

But feel free to keep the HEADCANON if it makes you happy. But remember, you shouldn't push it if it's not canon🤭😊. If any of you misunderstand, this does not mean I'm stopping you from shipping whoever you like.)

The reason why this track is called Lover's Oath is because Wangshu Inn is a hotspot for lovers, which is ALSO where we first heard the original rendition of this song.

People just decided that this was Guizhong's Lullaby because of the original track was a vocal version and people just decided to think "Oh, that's Guizhong!" and decided to call it Guizhong's lullaby because "THERE WAS A WOMAN SINGING" before the official title was released.

For those who haven't this heard of this version before (Can't blame you, it was VERY quiet), it was when we meet Xiao for the first time.

Where else can you hear another song with a bit of vocals? The main theme of the game! I don't remember if it's the night or day version.

Interestingly enough, the reason why this played for Xiao when he first showed up is because the other title for this song is "Lone Tower in the West" which was the title we see from one of the music events, I think it was the Zither event. And who do we play it with? Xiao!

The alternate song title refers to Wangshu inn and a call-back to the name of the waypoint, where we know Xiao is also perched over to watch over the people.

The reason why Xiao was there was because he was provided housing via the qixing.

Heck, I wouldn't even be bothered if this was mistaken as Xiao's theme rather than Guizhong's because of these reasons.

If one day HoyoVerse decided to play this on a cutscene with Guizhong in it is probably because the fandom made their headcanon official with many people thinking it and HoyoVerse decided to "officialise" the headcanon to please the fans. 🤨

I decided that this was the right time to make this post because it was finally acknowledged in the wiki. I was like, THANKS! FINALLY!

Mistakes I made when drinking hot beverages or food:

1. I put two servings or two sachets of instant coffee in one mug once at night - I didn't fall asleep, I was awake the whole night.

- I guess it is expected since caffeine can keep you up, especially if you drank it at night. However prior to when I made that mistake, I would have a mug of instant coffee (1 serving/sachet). The warmth and flavor would lull me to sleep because it feels nice. When I made that mistake, I was awake the whole night and I closed my eyes hoping that I would fall asleep eventually. Sadly, I did not. Thankfully, I got up in bed easily after having deprived hours of sleep. I think it was because I had my eyes closed the whole time that I did not have red eyes.

- It eventually became a strategy for me if I had to pull all-nighters for an exam or a project that I have to finish before the day after.

2. Drinking Oolong Tea at night - same thing as the 2 servings of coffee but not so much.

- I like Oolong Tea, it’s my favorite out of all the teas I had tried. I thought because tea had less caffeine (I remember vaguely from a Try Guys video where they had to do a pregnancy diet. Something mgs of caffeine for coffee, Zach can drink at least 10 mugs of black tea) it would not give me the same effect as the last mistake of keeping me awake at night.

- It KINDA did, all it did was keep me awake late into the night after one sip (Wow, the power of that ONE sip) but I fell asleep eventually. I can somewhat feel that I have become a light sleeper because of the tea or just had a nap. I fell asleep sometime past 11:30 pm and I woke up at 2:37 am

3. Never add chili flakes to your dinner - stomach reaction, painful visit to the bathroom.

- I love spicy food, I order some when I go out to eat with my parents. At home, I had these chili flakes that I would add to my food at every opportunity I could if it goes well with the food. I even had diced pickled jalapenos which will take a long time to finish because I don’t like the taste of the brine lingering on the jalapenos.

- This happened the same night as #2, after I woke up, I eventually started to feel my stomach churning. I guess my body decided that now that I’m more awake and aware, it decided to release some pain. I try to put a limit on how many chili flakes I put in my food but limiting it would only unsatisfy me because it’s not spicy enough so I ended up adding more.

- Because of that, there were MANY painful visits to the bathroom and you’re left with an aching rump. I thought because I ate spicy food for a very long time, my body would get used to it and not react negatively anymore but I was wrong. 

- My Brain, heart and tongue says yes but my body says no.
