you and kento were sitting in the living room watching a scary movie on television. you had snacks and drinks next to each of you, burying your fingers into the bags—kento doing the same.
when the movie was just getting good, the television cut off. nanami tried to turn it back on, but to no avail. "damn it," he groaned to himself, repeatedly pressing the on/off button multiple times. he attempted it over and over again, but it didn't work.
suddenly, you heard a roar of thunder. your body was paralyzed, but you quickly hid under your shared blanket with nanami.
he looked down in confusion, halting changing the remote batteries.
"this wasn't on the forecast." he said, putting the batteries back in the remote and setting it on the table. you shivered and shaked under the blanket, not wanting to arise back up from your position.
"love?" he asked, gently pulling the blanket from your grasp. "you okay?" your shivering stopped as you hugged nanami, "just scared . . ." he groaned as he shifted his position, making the both of you more comfortable.
he held you in his grasp, you being embraced by his warmth, comfort, and protection.
nanami lit a candle so that the two of you could have some light. as he placed the lighter down, he hugged you tighter than ever, just to check if you were still there.
nanami smiled as he looked down at your figure, so small and so fragile to his touch.
"don't worry. as long as i'm here, you don't have to be scared."

characters ; levi ackerman.
synopsis ; driving home with levi at 10:00pm.
genre ; fluff.
word count ; 0.9k.
your seatbelt was tightly tucked into a lock that held your cautionary option together. levi, on the other hand, was loosened around his chest for comfort as he held the leather steering wheel with his left hand—holding yours with his right.
you were slowly drifting off in the car, for you had a long day with your lover. you both did all sorts of wonderful things today: went to a local cafe, went tea tasting (with levi staying there for the longest), went to a local all you can eat buffet, went to the mall to get some more clothes (which levi eyed you in constantly). it was a wonderful day. you wish you could go out more, but as soon as tiredness struck your eyes, levi decided that he had to end the day there.
"love," he began, slowly rubbing the skin on your hand, "we're almost there." you grumbled in a response, slowly blinking your eyes open to see his handsome face illuminated in the street lights that came on after 8:30PM.
you rubbed your eyes open with your right, not letting go of his calloused hand that was holding yours tightly. "how long was i out for?" you asked him, sitting up from your current position.
he shrugged at the statement, truly not knowing how long you dozed off. "as soon as i put you in the car, you were asleep," he said, still rubbing your hand in a gentle gesture; tight circles slowly forming into small hearts.
you pressed your head against the windows to see lights illuminating the street, coming in all different shapes, sizes, and colors. you grinned at the sight and levi caught onto that. he loved seeing you amazed at certain things, but he would never admit it straight to your face. he just loves admiring your face up so close, seeing the emotions you display; especially when you plaster a big smile on your face.
as you started to drift off to sleep again, a familiar hill came to your attention. you had arrived at home, your safe haven where you and levi live together, admiring each other's company.
you yawned as levi unlocked the doors to open the trunk. "let me help you," you said, stretching your arms out from your present slumber.
"no baby, it's okay," he said, placing a kiss on your temple, "let me take care of it." and with that, he began taking out the groceries and continuous bags out of the car.
you didn't want to take his 'no' as an answer, so you decided to get some dresses out of the trunk. levi walked outside, seeing that you were disobeying his response. he knew you didn't take no as an answer, he admired that also.
as both of you finished putting the groceries and mall items inside of the house, levi offered something. "shall we take a drive this fine night?" you chuckled, "levi, it's eleven o'clock, it's late." he shrugged and took your hand into his calloused ones—rough from all the battles he's won, and some he lost.
"just a quick stroll, i promise." he said, pulling you in for a quick kiss. he guided you to the car, unlocking both driver and passenger doors as he leaned in to open your side.
"such a gentlemen," you said, shifting your weight into the car enough for you to get comfortable. he quickly scurried over to the opposite side of the vehicle and opened his side.
as he climbed in, he started the car and put it in reverse; beams of light coming through the car from a familiar screen that guided him. levi shifted the gears of the car, his slender fingers sliding against the gear stick, switching from 'R' to 'D' and lightly pressing his foot on the gas pedal.
you leaned back against the gentle headset that levi installed for your comfort. "what a lovely night out," you said, looking over at levi for a response. he nodded, "it is."
as he was pulling out of the neighborhood, he let his right hand rest on your thigh, gentle circles forming against the supple skin. you grinned at the gesture, intertwining your fingers with his.
as you were about to trace each finger with yours—wanting to feel the calloused skin of his, wanting to feel every scar he gained from his battles—you were distracted by a beam of light entering the car windows.
you looked out in amazement, putting both hands on the car window like a little child admiring the arcade. levi groaned at the sudden suspension of his lover's contact.
"pretty," you said to yourself, loud enough so levi could hear. "just like you," he mumbled, turning your attention to him.
your eyes meeting his gray ones for a brief second. "so handsome," you said, complimenting him, running your fingers along his jawline. he kissed your palm, enjoying the brief contact his lips had with your skin.
"levi," you began, "that tickles." you giggled. levi chuckled as well.
you both sat back in amusement, staring up at the lights—levi adjusting his chair so he could get more comfortable.
he let go of the steering wheel only to put the car in autopilot, landing a kiss on your lips. "i love you so much," he says, expecting a response. you giggled, "i love you too, silly," you said, kissing him back.
as he pulled away from the kiss, levi turned off autopilot and began to drive home. you enjoyed his company, and he sure enjoyed yours.

characters ; kento nanami.
synopsis ; early mornings with kento nanami.
genre ; fluff.
word count ; 0.4k+
the alarm clock read 5:01AM—it's bright red color being brighter than usual.
you nestled into your comfortable pillow, face buried within the confinements of the comfortable object, fluffiness overcoming your mind with nothing else.
then, that's when it hits you. where did your boyfriend go?
you were confused because he would always sleep next to you until you woke up. the television was always running (probably cooking shows or crime documentaries) while the sweet scent of morning coffee filled the air. but no, not today. nanami was nowhere to be seen.
it was odd, but it also wasn't at the same time. nanami was an early bird, but he also enjoyed your company early in the morning. he loved seeing you rub your eyes and greet him with a warm good morning smile. that's what keeps him from straying from you every single day.
you slightly opened your eyes to gain some more vision. you looked over to the dresser which was occupied by nanami's car keys along with his normal morning coffee—black specifically. it was still steaming, which means that it wasn't too long before he placed it there.
suddenly, you heard a familiar set of footsteps coming up the flight of stairs. when the footsteps stopped, you saw a tall, handsome figure leaning against the door frame—occupied with a loosely tied apron.
slightly looking up to you with a grin, nanami said, "good morning love," you smiled at the gentle comment. he apologized for the gentle intrusion, but of course, you didn't care. you really needed him to give you comfort so early in the morning.
"why did you leave me so early?" you asked, whining into your words. he chuckled, "i was making breakfast. you were so tired, i thought i could sneak away unnoticed." nanami said, setting himself down on the bed against you. you placed your head on his chest comfortably, "i missed you." he grinned at the statement, "i miss you too."
he placed a kiss on your forehead before silently drifting off to sleep to the soft sounds of your snores.
the coffee on the dresser was growing cold, untouched at all. the liquid was still contained inside of the confinements of the object.
birds began to chirp as the morning was starting to begin.
nanami enjoyed your company, and he enjoyed yours. you two are like a team. a very strong team.
the scent of the coffee began to wear off. as nanami came to his senses, he realized he came inside of the room to tell you that he made breakfast. once he looked down at your sleeping figure, he was dazed. he decided not to wake you up, you looked so peaceful in your little unconscious state.
nanami laid back down, letting you rest against him. your gentle snores are what sent him to sleep the most. as the scent of the coffee was erased from existence, all was left was you and nanami. what a wonderful morning.

characters ; megumi fushiguro.
synopsis ; watching movies with megumi fushiguro.
genre ; fluff, angst (a little bit).
word count ; 1.09k.
screams and shouts could be heard from the television in front of you, currently playing a very worldwide popular horror movie.
megumi—laying there with his hair all disheveled and messy—was unfazed by this movie, watching it with a straight face like it wasn't terrifying at all. you, on the other hand, were hiding under the shared blanket that occupied you both.
you shivered and trembled under the protection of the comfortable material. but, that just wasn't enough. you could still hear the chuckling of the so-called murderer and the screams of the so-called victims. you were definitely going to have nightmares tonight.
megumi peeked under the blanket, which you were hiding under. he glanced at your shaking figure, your eyes clenched shut, and your hands holding the blanket ferociously tight; signaling unwanted entry. both of your boyfriend's hands snuck under the blanket, coming closer and closer to your face. they rested on your ears tightly as you put additional pressure onto the only thing that would muffle out the horrendous sounds that were escaping from the television.
once the scene was over, megumi lightly released the pressure on his hands against your ears, letting them fall between the both of you. resting his hands on your back, he asked, "would you like me to turn it off?" you shook your head. no matter how scary it was, this was the only time that you and megumi could spend some quality time together.
the other times that you wanted to spend time with your beloved boyfriend were unavailable. he would always take part in dangerous activities that would always end up with him damaged and hurt.
you didn't want him to do it anymore. you didn't want him to get hurt anymore. you didn't want him to become a sorcerer. but he insisted, for it was the only thing that he could do.
you accepted his opinion, therefore, he never stopped being a jujutsu sorcerer.
"are you sure?" the question clapped you out of your thoughts, looking up to megumi with your post-scared eyes. you nodded, "y-yes, i'm sure gumi." he smiled at the nickname, but, at the same time, was worried about your well-being.
"you sure?" he warned, "once another scene like that comes on i'm not helping you." you scoffed, "megumi, i'm not five." he shrugged and resumed the movie. there was a lot of gore, blood, and a lot of stuff you thought was uncomfortable. but, you wanted to spend time with megumi. you had to do whatever you had to do.
your shaking began to start again. megumi was too focused on the movie to pay attention to your terror-filled expression.
chainsaws were going left and right and a large pile of blood filled the screen. you were about to throw up, but you couldn't tell megumi. you were too terrified to even open your mouth—partly scared that you would throw up on him.
his blank expression averted from the television as he looked down at you. "y/n? are you okay?" he asked in a questionable, but worried, tone. you shook your head. he paused the movie and took you into his grasp, rubbing the small of your back into tight, gentle circles with one hand and resting another hand on the back of your head.
"you should've told me to turn it off sooner," he said, pressing gentle reassuring kisses on your temple. "i just wanted to spend time with you gumi," you sobbed in his neck, all the fears you had previously coming down like a waterfall. he sighed, "i want to spend time with you too. but, you shouldn't pressure yourself over things you don't want to do." you wiped your tears off with your sleeve, "i just wanted to make you happy. you liked that movie so we watched it together. i just wanted to spend some time with you." you looked at him with teary eyes making megumi go soft.
he hugged you tightly. tight enough that you wouldn't be able to fade away from him. he didn't want you to become a fading memory—most importantly a distant one. he didn't want you to become a memory that he wouldn't remember. a memory that if he saw you again he wouldn't remember your name. he wants to spend the rest of his life with you.
of course, being a jujutsu sorcerer comes at a cost. but, before that cost comes, he wants to spend all the time he has with you.
"you don't need to try so hard to make me happy. i'm already happy being with you." megumi said, as he brought his lips down to yours, kissing you gently. you smiled into the kiss because of his earlier comment.
"god megumi," you said, wiping the rest of your tears off with your sleeve, "i love you so much." he smirked and planted another kiss on your soft lips, "i love you more, y/n."
once you two got comfortable again, megumi turned off the horrific movie and started a wholesome one. one that both of you were comfortable with. one that had cute little scenes instead of horrific killer attacks followed by conflicts.
megumi held you close, your head resting on his chest and eyes becoming foggy from the cries you recently let out. you gently dozed off to his heartbeat as he continued to watch the movie.
megumi looked down as he moved some of the hair that was covering your face—which he thought was beautiful. he smiled, a gentle smile. a smile of peace and love that he had with you.
he kissed your cheek as he continued watching the movie. "i love you," he muttered in your ear. you heard it faintly, but you couldn't respond because of the deep slumber you were in.
of course he loves you, and you love him too.
a few hours later the movie was over. megumi reached over for the remote and turned off the television. he positioned his head in a more comfortable position, making sure that it wouldn't hurt when he woke up soon.
the house was quiet, very quiet. he liked it like this. he likes spending time with you without a care in the world. sometimes, he wished that he could spend more time with you like this in a normal world.
megumi got carried away in his thoughts as he drifted off to sleep too.
the thud of the remote was the only sound that could be heard in the house, bothered by nothing else but the silent snores of you both.

✩ — characters : suguru geto.
✩ — synopsis : suguru geto having a friend who is scared of the dark.
✩ — genre : fluff.
✩ — word count : 0.3k+
you and geto were sitting on your bed watching a television series, eating various snacks and drinks while littering it all around your bed. geto swore he would clean it up later.
you never knew if he was lying or telling the truth. he was a hard person to read.
his long black locks were put into a man bun to prevent the strands of hair from getting into the food he was eating.
you were sitting beside him with your head placed on his shoulder, eating away at the bag of chips you had just returned with.
"this show is ass," he muttered, "no plot, no nothing." of course, you agreed with him, letting out a small hum to ensure your agreement.
abruptly, the television turned off, switching to black instead of that annoying television show you were watching. of course you were relived that you didn't have to go through that torture of watching that horrible show, but there was another form of torture waiting for you with the absence of light.
you yelped and clung closely next to suguru. he held you close, repeatedly telling you that it would be alright.
he was aware of your fear, you have been friends for multiple years so of course he knew.
suguru attempted to turn on the light, but to no avail.
"it seems like the electricity went out," he said, just enough that you could hear him. you trembling under his grasp, not wanting to open your eyes and never wanting to let go from him.
he grabbed his phone from a nearby dresser and turned his flashlight on, lighting the room just a little bit.
suguru held you closer as he peeked under the blankets. "you're okay," he said, pulling the blanket back over you. "as long as i'm here, there's nothing to worry about."
you smiled in his grasp, still trembling with fear because of the lack of light.
suguru was such a good friend.
the best friend you could ever have.
