It Feels Like Ive Just Read My Own Headcanons. I Think Al Really Starts Leaning On Someones Shoulder
It feels like Iʼve just read my own headcanons. I think Al really starts leaning on someoneʼs shoulder when he laughs hard. Even now, I can imagine Alfred laughing, clutching his stomach with one hand, leaning on Matthewʼ shoulder with the other, and tears of laughter in his eyes.
(Although, in my opinion, he always laughs very loudly. But this is my opinion as a person who always tries to laugh quietly, because Iʼm embarrassed to attract unnecessary attention)
When Alfred makes Matthew laugh, Matthew lets out a little giggle and immediately tries to cover it up with a cough because he can’t let his “totally loud annoying obnoxious brother” know that he actually finds him funny.
When Matthew makes Alfred laugh, Alfred laughs. Even if it’s not that funny of a joke, Alfred will laugh hysterically like it’s the most hilarious shit he’s ever heard. And his laughter is loud and contagious so Matthew ends up laughing as well. So they’re both just there laughing like dorks at a joke that wasn’t even that funny to begin with.
(Also I have a headcanon that when Alfred laughs really hard he leans against people and will put his head on their shoulders)

You know, itʼs a bit funny when you speak a lot of another language and start to adopt/picking up some habits of native speakers. Like English-speakers often pronounce “Ivan” like “eye-van” when the correct pronunciation is actually “E-van”.
And sometimes I forget Iʼm Russian and I mess up his name... especially when I reading fanfics in English... I apologize, Russia
Why, if Matthew is supposed to be older than Alfred, do they still look like twins?
In fact, Mattie should be older. In the 11th century, the Vikings sailed there. That is, Canada was discovered 5 centuries earlier than America. Isnʼt it?
I have an assumption that this is related to the population. Mm, like after Columbus sailed to America, European countries learned about this and began to colonize the North American continent. I heard that due to problems with the authorities/government in Spain at that time, Columbus was not recognized as the one who discovered America. Or something like this?
That is, of course, some have tried to colonize this continent before. Like the Vikings. But they did not succeed and lived on these lands mainly ... Hm, Native Americans, is that what you call them? And, apparently, due to constant fighting, the population did not increase.
When Europeans began to settle these lands, they almost completely exterminated the Native Americans. And I think for a while this prevented the twins from growing up. And after, more and more people came there and the population grew.
Even now Canada openly declares that it really needs migrants, they are the main workforce, and so on.
(I just found one of my theories about Matthew and Al which I wrote long time ago, so maybe someone will be interested)
Austria being Prussia and Germany cousin, yes they are nations with similar cultures and same language, but why make a canon family relationship?
Hmm, family relationship?
Usually, such countries have a common history and some kind of connection between residents. Like Russians and Belarusians who consider each other to be fraternal peoples.
They can also be countries that are somehow connected through colonization (as well as those that were previously part of the same state). For example, Canada, America, England and France. In the English fandom, the headcanon with these guys has become so strong that even the concept of FACE Family has appeared.
Well, in the case of Germany, Prussia, and Austria, the reason may be the common history, and the similarity of the people living in these countries. There were also cases in history when they were one state.
(I think you asked this question to the wrong person because I donʼt know them well)
Yeah, these two feel comfortable with each other.
When Alfie laugh so loudly, he kinda made Matthew laugh more than just giggle. I think he tries to help his brother overcome his shyness and made him shows emotions more openly.
Given the open and loud way in which Alfred shows emotion, this would be logical.
On the other hand, I donʼt think Matthew will show emotions in the same (or even simular) way. Do not forget that he is the "shadow" of America. Matyusha is modest and would not complain about his situation. And if he does, he will quickly change his mind. In addition, since childhood, he himself tried not to disturb others (even to his own detriment), because someone elseʼs comfort is a priority for him than his own.
A “complaint” is a senseless attraction of someone elseʼs attention and causing discomfort just for the sake of expressing dissatisfaction in something. And why should he do it? He does not want to disturb anyoneʼs comfort. Itʼs better just to be patient and endure.
(And sorry for my English, itʼs about midnight)

Now Iʼm trying to remember how to draw because I havenʼt done it for about two years. And I tried my best to make him blonde hair, honestly! I love to use black pencils too much, I admit...

Aww, his smile <3
