In honor of chapter 13, Willow and Luz share their first kiss beneath the mistlefoe! After hearing how much Luz has gone through to be the person she is today, Willow gives in to her heart's desire. As you can see, her feelings are very much reciprocated. This scene is from my fanfic, Your Touch | Freedom to be Me, part of the Broken and Beloved AU. In this universe, Luz became homeless at an early age and spent several years on the run, only arriving in the Boiling Isles two years after the events of canon had already taken place. So completely hypothetical, would anyone read a Catadora fanfic set in a universe I made
(it has basically no ties to She-Ra (aside from the charters placed in it) and would be very self indulgent to my sense of creativity)
Eda WOULD be the type to think raine's parents fucking hate her. They could be perfectly sweet to her and always be telling Raine what a nice, funny girl they think she is and she'd still be sweating nervously and keeping her head down at every family dinner waiting for them to drop the "civil behavior act" and get to the part where they remind her that Raine is far too good for her and she's going to screw up their life
Double this when they break up but get back together like a decade later she pretends to be sick every time raine's moms invite the two of them over until she can't beg off anymore and she's *so* nervous.
Sitting at the table quietly waiting for the snide comments about her commitment issues despite the fact that it has been said multiple times how happy they are to see her again and playfully ribbing Raine about having the good sense to bring their funny girl back home with grandkids built into the deal this time
Eda has no idea how to tell passive aggressive behavior from genuine affection you'll never convince me otherwise
