I think Dr. Bright is Joseph Tamlin Bright.
NO NO NO, don't scroll away, I'm not crazy! Tamlin is basically time itself. This means that no matter when you are, Tamlin is then, too. The Bright we know NOW is not yet Tamlin, but Tamlin is there because when he becomes Tamlin, he becomes everywhen.
To explain the Jack-Joseph thing, he just picked the first J name he could think ok. Additionally, he set up his own birth, so that's weird.
He doesn't have to be OUR Tamlin, but he eventually becomes the next Time. Hell, he doesn't even have to be TIME, he could just be aa god. All I know is that he's sure as hell something more than the amulet. If all of his siblings were born anomalous and their father hates anomalies, why was HE the one their father seemed to like least?
