Dettlaff felt no guilt for kidnapping Geralt, it would make his brother happy to see the witcher. Geralt was Regis's mate after all and Dettlaff would do anything to make his brother happy.

Yet he ended up being roped into going to Toussaint and into a contract he didn't want. He rarely fought vampires unless they attacked first.
