He's pouting.

Lightning blinked, surprised. Wait, that was it? All this demon wanted was for a bad deal with Angel to be lifted? He felt excitement thrumming through him. That was possible! Not only that, that would be easy!

He could spend a few weeks bothering Angel about it and the man would eventually cave. And Lewin would have a powerful new friend.

"You've got it," he grinned.

Lewin was indeed correct. Kuraokami already had a suitable vessel, plenty of food, and was making friends. Though when asked what he would want. There was one thing that came to mind. A worry that has lingered for a while now. Perhaps this exorcist was the one to resolve it. ".. You work with the current Paladin, do you not? Arthur, the loud one." The demon looked away from Lewin, out at the scenery before him. He knew the two worked together because Nix shared as such. "He and my daughter made a deal when Rin lost control of himself.. Long story short, she agreed to let this Arthur put an execution order upon her in exchange for leniency. If she should lose control, he gets to carry out the execution.. Get that order lifted and you shall have my contract."

Lewin is not immune to us! That's why we're gonna put him in a dunk tank over a bathtub with soap and flea shampoo!

EVERYONE STEP RIGHT UP AND TRY TO DUNK HIM!

Absolutely the fuck not. He's immediately scampering off this contraption, nothing says he has to stick around!

It was a bit of a riddle, but something Lewin figured out fairly quickly. And he laughed when he did so. "You're Mephisto's kin?" That was unexpected! Kin of Time was actually one of the rarer kinds, and they usually didn't take the form of dragons.

"It does make sense though, with the seasons." They were a rarer kind of demon in his part of the world - there was less a spiritual connection to the seasons changing. "So what about summer and winter? Is there a set Nix is trying to collect?" he chuckled.

This human was quiet interesting! The curious sort but also very knowledgeable. He was trying to figure out what kin they fell under and it made the dragon chuckle to himself at the attempt. It was always fun to see these exorcists try to figure it all out. "We are both ancient, long lived demons~. It does come with it's benefits. I am indeed the harbinger of Spring, whereas Rou Shou is the one for autumn." Which is why they did tend to follow one another around. Rou Shou did tend to mind his manners better when he was around anyway.

"Allow me to ask you something, Lewin. We act like kin of Spirit. Rou Shou's abilities sound like kin of Earth but also Rot.. If we only sound like all of these but aren't, what does that leave for you~?" A wide toothy grin came to Gou Mang's face as he looked down at the exorcist before him. Perhaps he would feed him another hint, just because he had been speaking to Nix in a kind way compared to some. "Our duties is to bring about the change of seasons.. What is that but another form of the passage of time~?"
