Lewin watches the reaction silently for a moment, considering his next few moves. The hostility about the question is a pretty strong indicator that he has his a sore spot, and while he perhaps should stop, he can't. As they'd overheard from Sir Pheles, Fujimoto had left because he believed himself a danger to Rin and Yukio. Which means Lewin now wants to estimate that danger for himself.

"You know I won't."

This is the perfect time to talk, they are out of the way and isolated. "How do you know it wasn't one of the grey demons?" he continues his questions. "And why did you decide to come back?" What was this change of heart then?

Shiro makes a thoughtful hum. "That's quite a shot in the dark for Leland." Especially when one takes into consideration the rocky and distant relationship Dennis has with Mephisto.

Then again, Leland wouldn't know about that either. Bastard didn't know much of anything, so why wouldn't he grasp at every opportunity that presented itself to him? After all, he had been somewhat lucky and correct to grab Dennis too, even if it was just by chance. The boy's relationship with Rin did put him in a close proximity to Mephisto, and their little summoning trick would highlight this weakness to Leland, which could prove disastrous if things weren't monitored carefully from here on out.

It's something Shiro realizes he'll to keep an eye on, not just for Rin's sake but for the world's as well. He trusted Lewin would too, though it was hard to believe that with how dogged he was being about Shiro's disappearing act and ties with Satan. It's enough to get a sneer on the Paladin's face.

"No. Not anymore. Now drop it."

"Define superficial."

"They can't affect me in any major way, only superficial."

"I was just imitating the others."

"I said what I said!! You guys are being weird and keep whistling wedding bells around us and there's nothing even happening!!"

Don't worry Mitch, he's going to read all the manuals. There's too much chance of some interesting information to skip them, even if they were just safety manuals.

He makes a thoughtful sound at all the suggestions, though it seemed he has at least picked up some interesting games. "Well, I do like puzzles, maybe even a spy game or two" he says with a grin while he rummages through his poncho for one of the hidden pockets. "Ah." He finds it and takes out a card for payment.

"But I'll stick to what I have for now. Gotta get familiar with the device first I think," He smiles, waving the card slightly. "How much?"

"Nope. Perk of modern consoles. That should be in the set-up and safety manual," but, to be fair, who reads those anymore?

"There's some most claim are must-plays, such as classic Castlestein," hands go under the counter, followed by crinkling of plastic being grabbed and a bag being pulled from the shelf beneath, "Though, personally I'd rather go for a Mobs and Minions title for the roleplay and vastly superior storytelling," With one fluid motion he puffs out the bag with one hand and glides the three items from the counter into said bag, as he continues to speak. "Flunky Quest titles are most popular for our handhelds - you catch creatures and use them for battle, easy to pick up yet hard to master," a genuine suggestion, betting Lewin would enjoy it, "and you've already picked out a standard Nobi the Hinobi Honeybee game too - everyone loves Nobi." The bag is placed on the counter, close to Mitch. "Though... it really depends on what experience you want. Friends, alone, action, rhythm, puzzles..."

Lewin blinks. He had been stuck in his own head, pondering the great pumpkin mystery. "Ah, no thanks," he grins to Alexi. "Osceola will literally kill me." He laughs.
