Last night with her (venus in 8th house)

I can't forget what happened last night,

It felt like the night would never end,

And when it did, I knew I wouldn't be the same again.

She took something from me,

I have been empty since her,

2. See, unless you stimulate me, please dont try to befriend me. I am volatile and versatile. If you are not a quick thinker, chatty, conversationalist, how will we connect and bond? 3. You are either fun or boring. Sorry, I cannot see anything else that makes a person worthy of my friendship or relationship. My partner is my best friend, we talk, share our thoughts with each other, laugh out loud, we are constantly texting. I only date people who are mentally stimulating. 1. If you want to torture me, keep me isolated in a room. Social groups are where I thrive. I cannot stand solitude, simply because being solitary means to sit with my emotions, thoughts, insecurities, complexes and face them. I cannot do that, I just cannot.

2. Fortunately, my life theme attracts many opportunities to make friends/socialize/meet a lot of people on daily basis. Astrology not only tells personality traits but also life event patterns. 3rd, 7th, 11th houses deal with other people, networking, public interactions, connections and relationships, you see the association? Some are born lone wolf, we are not. I can never be a monk, I dont have the emotional discipline for that, though I can be your travel partner to Thailand when you visit a monastery, I love to explore new places.

3. I need you to like me, I am really good at studying others. I like to keep a lot of connections, I like to network with people, people are assets, friends for life, there is nothing much in life. I appear desirable, friendly and safe to people. You wouldn't approach an intimidating, stiff, serious person, will you? Let's see it this way, water man and I enter a bar. Bartender greets both of us. Water man emits vibes that provoke uncomfortable emotions, insecurities and traumatic memories in the bartender. But I emit vibes that are comfortable, friendly and safe to feel. I am more approachable. This is because I dont spend my time exploring my depths, complexes, psyche. I am the person who runs the community, I run the entertainment business, I run the economy. If everyone sat down to do self introspection and inner work then who will take care of the material world? See-leave it to me, I can handle that.

6. Though I make a loyal partner when I am mature. I am loyal because cheating is too much of mess for me for too little return. I am not really obsessed with power, I am the sigma not the alpha, we are equals, I dont want to be superior to you-I dont want power over you. I want to be your friend. I make love with my friend. You are my friend and you are my lover. I dont like power games. Though if I have fire/water placements too then I can be power centric otherwise I am just the equal dynamic type. I am a very balanced type of person.

About a water lover

Water men (sun in scorpio/sun in pisces/sun in cancer//sun in 4th/8th/12th house)

1. As authentic as it can get, they tell emotional truth, they tell what they feel, they tell what they think, exactly as it is, no artificial colours, as real as it can get. Often they are not interested in the material ends like money, power, status, but they are interested in the process and the work, since they are very self aware they like to observe themselves how they evolve and grow with effort and work. They need to put the effort to push their boundaries and really grow themselves, realize their potential. This is why, they focus on the process not the goal and once they reach the goal, they pick another goal and dedicate themselves to it.

2. Introverted nature, dont like crowded places, they question everything because they are not concerned with conformity. They will not pretend to be someone just to impress others, you dont like it? Please move on.

3. Want emotional security as much as possible. In relationship, material life, friendships, they want and give emotional security. It is about reciprocation, no hypocrisy. Only that person can love who knows how to love, otherwise it is just for confidence boosting and to feel powerful. Since water people are the only ones who truly know how to lose control and surrender, they are the only ones who can make love for the sake of love. Water people are the only ones who can set aside their insecurities and fears, and make love just for the ritual and pleasure of it. I don't know why someone who does not have a water placement will claim to know what it feels like to make love.

About venus in 8th house & attracting envy or jealousy.

About envy/jealousy: Envy is an emotion which occurs when a person lacks another's quality, skill, achievement, or possession and either desires it or wishes that the other lacked it. Whereas, Jealousy generally refers to the thoughts or feelings of insecurity, fear, and concern over a relative lack of possessions or safety. There is a difference between these two mental states and the venus in 8th house can attract both or either of these situation with people.

Why Venus in 8th house: It probably has to do with the energy of the native. They have the reputation of attracting envy from people, especially women, while it can be attributed to their (a) penetrating energy such that being near them make you feel like you are naked and all your secret thoughts and desires are exposed to these native; but it can also be attributed to the (b) feelings of envy in the native themselves. Venus in 8th house native not only attracts envious people, but also envies other people. They might envy others based on their good fortune, looks, achievements and emotional states. Yes, emotional states, as in others being happy/carefree can trigger envy in the native, especially because the venus in 8th house is a very difficult placement both (a) emotionally and (b) fate/destiny wise.

What is emotional pattern: Emotional pattern of thinking is how you think and feel all the time. Are water placements (cancer, scorpio, pisces) the best ones to have?

Emotions are so important but no other elements are in tune with their emotions, complexes, fantasies, highs and lows and spiritual side like the water placements.

Suppressed emotions can cause physical diseases. Cancer is said to be caused by suppressed anger. Carl Jung used to treat tuberculosis in his patients with analytical psychology. For example, when patients complain of body pain, it is sometimes repressed memory or painful trauma that is causing it, and when they deal with that trauma, it is resolved on its own.

Repressed memories, trauma, events can cause irritation of mood, neuroticism, obsessive compulsion and various kinds of addictions. it can also lead to violence and abusive tendencies.

A person who cannot do self reflection will keep bumping into the similar problems again and again, keep meeting problematic people again and again. What keeps them from self reflecting is the shame and fear of emotions - of what they might find out if they sit down to reflect.

When life story is so difficult that the native does not have time and willingness to face their emotions, the emotions pile up and exert on the near ones, they come out in form of diseases and evil fantasies. For eg, when a native is so caught up in job, earning, saving money that they never gets time to self care, deal with their emotions and confront their traumas, it shows up in form of sudden misfortunes in real life.

The state of life literally depends on your mood and emotions. Water placements are the only ones who can deal with their emotions (fear, anger, shame, insecurities) and not run away from them in means of temporary gratification.

Nature is biased with its children and gives its best gifts to the chosen ones. Water placements are the only ones who know God because they know themselves.

I have seen natives with inner planets in air/fire signs in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 10th, 11th houses. They might lead a normal life in appearance but there is no authenticity in them, they are self aware but no willingness to change their vices, there is no emotional connection to anyone, they are like tricksters playing mind games, tricking, lying, manipulating; they will do anything to keep running from themselves, even if that means to cheat on their partner just so they can feel powerful, confident and not have to look into their void. I personally do not have my inner planets in water signs but I have moon and venus in 8th house (water house, house of transformation, death and rebirth) and so I was forced to change my ego attitude, change my previous personality, change my habit of masking my emotions with humor and playfulness and get down to doing the real dirty messy work of healing, being in tune with my emotions, being self aware, being calm and peaceful, to live with the flow of life, to live with the tao. On the other hand, my brother has pisces moon and sun in cancer, he was always a calm and emotionally attuned boy. There is a maturity, humility, stability, depth and understanding in him which is contrary to the noise and chaos the world lives in.

Now that I look back at my previous life, I can see the difference in this life and that life, the quality of life is so drastic, life satisfaction is so much more, i am confident and secure in my abilities, i am self actualizing and know the importance of emotions. I would not want to go back to that place, but I also dread if I did not have water house placements, I would never enlighten, progress, grow, heal, mature, develop. Air placements can intellectually understand what it means to heal, what it means to confront their shadow, what it means to accept their weaknesses and insecurities but this intellectual understanding does not translate into action, actual work, actual healing. Mere reading books on healing is not enough, you have to actually get your hands dirty and drown into your emotions before you learn to swim. Air/fire/earth placements just sit on the shore, looking at the ocean, wondering what is in there, reading encyclopedia, talking about it with others, making documentaries about the ocean but never step into it, never get their hands wet and never learn to swim. No one can build you the bridge on which you, and only you, must cross the river of life - Friedrich Nietzsche.
