Now I suddenly remembered that in "Julie and the Phantoms" there are three actors from "Descendants": Jadah Marie (Flynn/Celia), Booboo Stewart (Willie/Jay) and Cheyenne Jackson (Caleb/Hades). What am I getting at?

I had a feeling that someone was missing. I'm currently rewatching the "Julie e Os Fantasmas" episodes (still infinitely grateful to the authors of the English subtitles) and mentally comparing the two series. Yes, I still love Daniel more than Luke, but I decided to think about it more. Daniel, or rather Bruno Sigrist, has brown eyes and black curly hair. Cameron Boyce also has brown eyes and black curly hair. Yes, I thought it would be interesting if he played Daniel (if the character hadn't changed in the remake)! I'm sure he could have played up both the sarcasm and the tenderness towards Julie in a stunning way.

For some reason I also thought that Luke could have been played by Mitchell Hope or Ross Lynch. Not so much because of appearance, but because of character.

Headcanon that when Lydia kisses Beetlejuice on her own initiative for the first time (maybe as a way to thank him for helping her yet again) he goes into full cartoon-character-in-love mode. Steam blasting out of his ears, hearts spinning around his head. He melts into a puddle on the floor, leaving only an arm holding up a sign that says "Died again and went to heaven this time."

AU where I ship em as an old married pair who meet and realize their partners suck.

Also, that whole movie shoved in a series worth of plots into 2 hours.

Two old farts in a haunted house? One has a kid from an old marriage, the other has a banshee x-wife who tried to kill him? Like, he meets her while trying to escape his ex and she agrees to marry him instead since her fiancé admitted to not loving her except for her money. But she needs to be married to keep the house and he wants to be human, so marriage of inconvenience but they end up liking each other and stage ghost stuff for her show. Something something he lives or she dies and we get a dramatic ending.
