Back for another: Lincoln 6-Echo, (The Island) 25. What was your first impression of this character? How about now?

I rewatched The Island not too long ago and honestly my impression of Lincoln has stayed the same. He's very intelligent for someone so innocent and oh my GOD, absolutely adorable. Truly pure of heart.

basic "I wish Qui-Gon had trained me" Anakin moment that Obi-Wan hears that the fandom loves but he says it near Windu or Plo Koon, and they just respectfully rip him to shreds for it

"Skywalker, Obi-Wan has been more successful raising you than Qui-Gon ever was with any of his Padawans. He took a chance on you when no-one else would and I don't believe you are stupid enough to forget that."

Or, considerably worse

"Youngling, you're lack of respect and faith are why he is so unwilling to share with you his Padawan years. Obi-Wan suffered to reach the end of Qui-Gon's training. He is not underestimating your skill, he is trying to spare you the Padawan training he received."

17. What's a ship for this character you don't hate but it's not your favorite that you're fine with?

Well, this is an interesting question for Alex because, from what I recall, there are only six named characters beside him in Shallow Grave. The few other characters he interacted with are nameless and/or have no speaking lines. Plus, I don't think I actually ship Alex with anyone. So, I guess I'll say Cameron. He seems really sweet and maybe they could make up and start over.
