okay i’ve had 1400c today, with no b / p !! i think what i’m gonna have to do this time around is slowly reduce my intake to prevent b1ng3s, bcs i rlly don’t want to go too deep into m1a.

i cant wear my belt that tight anymore. i always liked to have it tight as secure but now it has to be rather loose because my hip b0nes lack cushioning. because of how muh we'ght ive lost, and im not even vnderwe'ght yet, my hips poke out too much that my belt is uncomfortable and pa'nful.
