Updated my treatment plan today and bro almost everything on there was ED related 😭 had to modify lots of goals to be more feasible to where I’m at now. THEN we had to do a su!c!de questionnaire and I’ve genuinely been so depressed and craving harm lately that I feel like my answers were super suspicious. My therapist was like don’t worry we won’t lock you up just for thoughts but I have trust issues 😭😭😭
