Big PR’s were made at @globalstrength.htx yesterday!!! 455x7 PR rep 🎉) moved well and fast, that last one almost had me 💪🏾I really think it was a RPE 7 definitely knew it’s a RPE 8, but I was to motivate asf, Next transition 2x405x7 RPE 6 aka Cardio asf that rep almost got me, Then we worked on some extended pause bench for 3 seconds 3x250x5 ( PR rep🎉)!!
