Last night’s Deload session on Pause squats 💪🏾 385x2 RPE7 and 3x335x5 RPE6. As a powerlifter or weightlifter , We should deload every 6-12 weeks either when fatigue has surpassed our ability to recover, or when we've reached a peak performance without the ability to continue our progression. As a beginner or powerlifter/ weightlifter we need to deload less often compared with advanced powerlifter/ weightlifter who need to deload more often.
