“He needs you,” nuzzling your neck with his nose Bucky sighs deeply. “I can feel him claw his way out of my mind. I need to let him out or he’ll go feral and drag me with him.”

“It’s okay, he’s my mate too, Bucky,” you purr, gently sliding your fingers through his shaggy hair. “I’m not afraid anymore and he would never hurt me.” kissing you fiercely Bucky moans against you, purrs low in his throat before he lets go, steps back to let his other self-take over.

“Omega,” his deep voice indicates the winter soldier broke through. Immediately he buries his face in your neck, inhales your scent deeply to calm. “My omega, my love-“ he growls, eyes searching yours for confirmation.

“Alpha,” you whimper, scenting your other alpha. No one would believe you but it’s a matter of fact, the soldier smells different. He sounds different, feels different – he is a different person but at the same time, he’s your mate.

“You’re safe?” humming you watch the soldier lie next to you, just looking you all over, waiting, hoping you’ll accept his presence. He’s careful now, almost afraid to hurt you. “Didn’t hurt you?”

“No, soldier,” moving closer you kiss his lips, slide your fingers gently through his hair, just like you did with Bucky not moments ago. “I’m safe with you, alpha,” he grunts but nods in agreement.

Years ago, when he first broke through the walls in Bucky’s mind, the walls, Shuri created, he was like a feral animal, tried to kidnap and claim you, but oddly, he calmed the moment he saw the mark on your neck, the one his other self left months before the incident.

“Mine,” he states, now placing his hand on the small of your back. He waits, snarling silently as you caress his face, neck, and metal arm. “My omega,” he happily hums, just sniffing at your hair. “Good.”
