Hey, just wanna say, i really love how you draw Misaka. Your drawings bring out her badassery. Unlike some people who compress her into a one dimensional character, and draw her all cute-sy like with swimsuits. (She's 14, for Christ's sake!). I love Mikoto when she gets badass, her power is so useful. I wish she could have a better implication with the Sisters and get more stories with them. I really think the fanservice brings down the serie even though the world and idea are very good
I’ve done discord chat rants about this topic but now I’m airing it out here because I’m bored!
I’ve seen a few people express this opinion so here’s my two cents, no, it would not have been a more effective ending to kill off the girls in the end of Gakkou Gurashi, In fact it would’ve betrayed the manga’s whole thing! Gakkou Gurashi is literally about these girls relying on each other for survival and how that’s okay and good and how the presence of other people in our lives will literally save us from the worst of situations, idc if the girls dying would have been more realistic or emotionally devastating, those things are not what automatically make a good ending!

I hate hate HATE all those 2edgy 4me theories about kids shows. Like Angelica dreaming up the rugrats, or the ed, edd, and eddy children being ghosts, or literally anything that takes a lighthearted and fun kids show and has to turn it into some tragic take of rape or murder or misinformed mental illness. So you know what? From now on I’m gonna do the exact opposite. Every cool grim-dark show is now because of a bunch of children. To get us started: Game of Thrones: A middle-school DnD campaign with the most angry, vindictive DM who has promised to kill everyone’s player characters (and their family) by the end.
