Idk If You've Gotten This Question, But What Makes A System A System? Or The Difference Between Endogenic

idk if you've gotten this question, but what makes a system a system? Or the difference between Endogenic and Traumagenic?

(Ive been called an Endo before and I never fully understood what that meant.)

A system can ONLY be caused by trauma, it is impossible otherwise. You can he a system and not remember your trauma, that's completely okay.

A system is formed due to severe trauma (wether it's a one time thing or repeated in childhood) and is there to protect the body from getting hurt, harmed or worse.

The main difference between traumagenic and endogenic is this: Traumagenic is the only valid form of being a system, it is caused by trauma which is what makes a system a system.

Endogenic's claim to be systems without trauma, you cannot be a system without trauma. Plurality is caused by trauma, stress, or other factors to keep the body safe.

I do suggest looking into it online with valid resources, remember kids!! Endos and other "non traumagenic" systems are not valid!!!

Do you count OSSD 1B systems as systems? Or just DID systems? I know some people really dont count OSDD 1B systems as systems but I'm diagnosed as one and man :(( some times I feel fake! Even though i know we arent?? If that makes sense. We're a small system but we all have trauma and we can tell who's fronting and who's close to front ect ect.
