Hello You! Don't Know You But I Just Wanted To Thank You For What You Said About The Behaviour Of Fans
Hello you! Don't know you but I just wanted to thank you for what you said about the behaviour of fans about male celebritries' gf, you totally said what I also think with the appropriate words. Thank you for that, I really enjoyed reading this ♥
You're welcome, and its something I've held a viewpoint on for a long time now. Any time an attractive Hollywood man gets a partner there's this ridiculous witch hunt against them and this obnoxious trend of 'I'll prove they're unworthy.' Its honestly painful to see sometimes, and its frankly just embarrassing after a while.
If you're truly a fan of someone and if you truly want to see them happy and enjoying their own lives you wouldn't be trying to destroy their relationships because it interrupts your ability to fantasize about them.

Authors of so-called "bad" characters do not owe you continuous justification, apologies, explanation or written-in denouncing of the character's actions and views. They simply do not.
They likewise do not have to very specifically limit their writing or tailor their writing in order to satisfy your demands of denouncing, "fixing" or understanding of the character's actions and views as "bad."
They don't have to include the specific plot of the character changing or facing consequences or grovelling for forgiveness. They don't have to include paragraphs of author notes saying they don't, in reality, condone the character's actions or views.
They. Just. Don't.
Stop demanding it. Someone can write about horrific serial killer on a murder spree and they don't have to specifically always write the killer getting their comeuppance. They can just actually write about a serial killer killing people. And no, it doesn't mean they enjoy, support or fantasise about said things.
If you can watch movies and read books and understand that it doesn't mean you support aspects of it, then why demand that people who are, in reality, doing no different to what the writers and directors of the movie you just watched have done, apologise or denounce or limit themselves to certain permittable criteria? You yourself don't go watch a murder mystery and announce to the whole movie theatre that you buying this ticket and watching this movie doesn't equate to supporting murder.
Why should authors?
(The answer: they don't. And they never will.)
The only thing i liked about the movie was Derek and Eli’s relationship I wanted more but they fucked it up they never let Derek be happy at least Tyler H. will be free from Jeff Davis and his shit writing
Eli and Derek's storyline had the most potential as an origin story, not a continuation. We should've been able to see Derek's growth from who he was when the season finished through him finding out or becoming a Dad, losing Mommy Hale, and raising a teenage werewolf alone. As it stands what we got was a slightly janky, flimsy backstory, the mere crumbs of their relationship and relationship growth to this point.
That said, Vince and Heckles threw their whole pussies into their performances, and I'm already salivating at all the Daddy Derek fanfics to come. It genuinely was the only good point of the movie, and IMO its sole saving grace. If Eli and Derek's relationship hadn't been part of the movie I think for a lot of people the movie would've been a 100% fail as opposed to a 99.99% one.
I do honestly wonder what made Heckles say yes to this movie, especially knowing how it ends. I would love to be able to ask him with frank honesty what the hell was going through his mind.
all of this billy attacked lucas billy attacked a kid he hit a kid-
no. watch it again.
billy came in, held lucas against a wall, told lucas to "stay away from her".
and then lucas kicked him in the nuts. lucas fought back, kicked billy, and billy staggered back. and then what did he do? did billy punch lucas? grab him again?
no.
"you are so dead sinclair," billy yells.
also side note; "he has a name now" billy says to max earlier in the series, yet here billy is using the kid's name. so billy clearly never had a problem with max knowing lucas' name, never thought of lucas as a second class citizen; he was just saying shit his dad woulda said, to try and get max to back off for both their sakes.
"so dead," says billy. but billy doesn't do shit. doesn't set up for a punch, doesn't get ready for a fight. he does fuck all.
because billy hargrove is the king of empty threats. "you know what happens when you lie," billy tells max in the car, when she says lucas is just a guy from school. he makes it seem like if she lies, there will be consequences. but in their next scene together, max is lying to billy about "mormons" being at the door, and billy knows she's lying, it's so obvious. and he doesn't do shit.
'you know what happens when you lie' - nothing. nothing happens when max lies.
because billy's threats are always empty.
because he's not his father. he's not abusive.
it's neil's threats that carry weight. neil threatens billy, and then hits him.
so when billy goes after max, and lucas, and holds lucas against a wall, threatens him; it's a warning. not to lucas, but to max. it's a warning that the next time it might not be him who comes after them. it might be neil. and if neil finds max with lucas, it'll be much worse. cos neil will start throwing punches. hell, if neil hargrove can hit his own son just for not knowing where his sister is, think about what neil would do to the black kid who's been helping max sneak out of the house.
billy's threats are empty. neil's aren't.
and when billy goes into that house and holds lucas against a wall, he wasn't there to beat up lucas, didn't want to go off on some kids. he just threw his weight around, grabbed lucas, to warn max that next time? next time it might be neil who comes looking for her.
and neil will start throwing punches at kids.
