I highly recommend leaving a comment on the work letting the author (and readers) know the artwork isn't free for creative use and also doing a reverse search to try to track down the original artist.

I've been thinking of creating some comment/message templates for easy copy-pasting to save people the effort of tying it out.

Wattpad is so sly though, to protect itself because it earns money by selling your content it has limited actual reports to copyright owner only, which means you actually have to track down the artist and help them file a report in order to get stolen fanart removed.

Please do not amend posts with false information.

You can absolutely search for and use words like rape and incest on AO3 without "ways around it" or anything else. You simply type it into the tag box under Includes.
