It’s been radio silence as I’m trying to get my ducks in a row. Here’s a commission in progress. It’s the Headless Horseman, wild west version. (Yes, I take commissions.)
Brief update: the artist in residence is letting me use half of her studio, so I have a place to work now. Sweet blessed work space.
ANNOUNCEMENTS ANNOUNCEMENTS
I have a show opening next week. It is called “she rose to devour”, and it’s my first solo show since being back in the United States. Those of you who can come see it, that would be amazing. It’s at the Colorado Mesa University gallery in downtown Grand Junction, the opening is on Friday the 5th from 6-10, and the show will be open from June 6th through August 13th.
This is obviously the best use of my Very Important University Art Teacher time.
Obviously it’s important enough that I am going to post it at midnight.
Just a tiny piece of a huge thing that’s going to wrap around 48 feet of wall. Oh boy.
