Apollo rises with his sun chariot at dawn like usual, but this time he's confronted by a pissed-off Huitzilopochtli after the chariot interrupted his fight with Coyolxauhqui.
"Who the hell are you?"
"I should probably be asking you the same question, seeing as you just appeared out of the sky."
"I'm the sun, Huitzilopochtli. You just messed up my daily deadly fight with my older sister, Coyolxauhqui, the moon. I didn't even have time to decapitate her right this time, it probably hurt a lot more, asshole."

can we as a society stop perpetuating the myth that hades is the “best” greek god (out of posedian and zeus) because he only r*ped and kidnapped one girl while the other two had multiple victims. HE. STILL. R*PED. AND. KIDNAPPED. HER. just because he only has one victim doesn’t make his crime any less substantial and certainly doesn’t make him a good person. also stop demonizing demeter omg she literally doesn’t get to see her daughter often because she’s being held hostage for half of the year and she’s the bad guy ? okay lol
Update: Hades pronounced as heyds is now an option (inspired by a blog that reblogged this stating their friend pronounced it like that and now that I think of it the second hand embarrassment I get when I remember that sometime when I was a child I pronounced it like that too including the Po-sey-don thing)
