have u ever thought that gojo talking about how “no one is allowed to take youth away from young people,” is because he never had a childhood or any sort of real love given to him, but when he met suguru that all changed, and he loved him like he’d never loved anyone in his life. and then suguru was torn away from him and his childhood ended so prematurely, and thats why he fights so hard to protect his precious students, because he knows how it feels.

I haven't even reached the manga's current end but satosugu is so TRAGIC. Satoru's character has been watered down to a fanon himbo-womanizer and while the memes are funny let's not forget this guy's trauma. His birth tipped off the balance of the universe and while it was obvious that he'd measure up to great things, let's not forget the responsibility that comes with it. And having to deal with all that trauma while maintaining a happy facade for your students??? Having your best friend, your so-called "one and only" take a complete u-turn and become your mortal enemy?? Satoru saying to Yuuta that "love is the most twisted curse of all" because he knows, he's been through it himself. His love for Suguru held him back from killing him that day when they met up. "at least curse me at the end", what was his response??? Did he actually cuss him out, or did he finally confess his feelings?
