At some point, Carter and Sadie called in a favor from the Seven, asking them to babysit the students at the Brooklyn House while they were on some random journey.

By the time the Kanes get back, half of the house in on fire, shabti are preparing to sacrifice two of the kids, Percy’s been tied to the ceiling right above Philip’s pool, and Annabeth is being dog-piled by a horde of penguins.

Now, if that’s what it was like for the demigods to babysit the students, what do you think it’ll be like once the Kanes babysit some of the younger Halfblood campers?

Would anyone be interested in a Gotham Rogues horror fic?

Plot would involve our female protagonist going to investigate Arkham Asylum and becoming trapped within its walls. Through her desperate struggle to escape she is forced to encounter several of the crazed rogues who now have control of different areas of the Asylum. To survive she must fight, hide, outwit and befriend her way out of each twisted encounter while trying to cling on to her sanity.

Most of the Gotham Rogues would feature in various roles and if you think ‘Arkham Asylum meets Outlast’ then you’re pretty much there (so it will contain strong violence and horror).

So what do you all think? Are ya down to clown or am I pissing into the wind with this lmao?

I don’t like the Percy Jackson movies. I hate them completely. The writing sucks, the acting , for the most part, sucks, it lacks any soul or identity, and it is absolutely nothing like the books.

...But the thing is, if it weren’t for those stupid movies, I would’ve never have tried picking up the books.

I would’ve never been curious enough to pick them up and give them a read. And because of that dumbass first movie, i was able to read the first book out of interest and see how the books were far better than the movies. I was able to realize what I was missing out on and become a full-on Percy Jackson fanboy.

I know that they’re stupid. They really are! But for people like me, a generation that was introduced to the books through the movie, they were the Mrs. Dodds that horrifically dragged me into the world and inadvertently set me on a path to the real Camp Halfblood of the books, the beginning of a quest that no monster or crappy adaptation can pull me out of.
