Sanzu x child reader

I hope you like it, and sorry that it took so long to answer 😅. Sanzu will be and adult so he is living alone and all, Bonten timeline.

Part 1 Part 2

No matter how harsh your parents where, you never imagined them to throw their responsibilities out the window, they are adults after all. But the day you came home, after sun-down was the first time you saw their complete hatred towards you.

There was screaming and yelling yet again, they even got physically, pushing you around, grabbing you and throwing you around. They didn't stop, not even when you begged them to, not until you were out of their house.

"we don't want you here and obviously you don't want to be here either, just leave us alone already!"

With that they shut the door and loo kid, leaving you shocked on the other side. It took you a couple of minutes to register what just happened... they threw you out of their house. You, a child. What is wrong with them?

You cried for a few minutes, I mean you didn't do anything wrong and now you didn't have a bed to sleep in. You didn't have any friends you could randomly go to, and neither did you know the way to Sanzu's house. You were completely alone.

The sun had already set, the night never felt as though it would swallow you any second. It was too quiet for you liking. Whipping your head around by every little noise, you slowly started to hyperventilate as the situation fully dawned on you.

You didn't know how you arrived at the park but somehow you did. The full moon shed light upon the clearing which made it look more comforting. It was just like during the day, when you would go there after school.

You slowly made your way to the bench where you would usually sit and enjoy ice cream with Sanzu, but now you sat there alone, huddled into a ball to keep yourself warm. It was a beautiful night, the clouds slowly danced in the sky, the light breeze and the rustling of the leaves lulled you to sleep.

Sanzu made his way to the usual meeting spot to see his little sunshine. Normally he'd be way too early, even for a Saturday where they'd start their day early since (Y/N) had no school. There was this gut feeling that something wasn't right, an unpleasant feeling that led him to a shocking sight

(Y/N), the little boy that wormed himself into his stone-cold heart, was on the bench, shivering and seemingly sleeping.

It broke his heart seeing the boy cry, while he explained that his parents locked him out of the house and that he slept in the park that night. Oh he was going to murder them, his blood was boiling, beat them up and throw them in a nearby alleyway and leave them to rot. He was absolutely disgusted.

It was then and there that he kinda adopted the kid. Sanzu took him to his (Sanzu) house so he could warn up. He cooked him something simple and spent most of the time comforting him, held him close and cuddled him till he finally fell asleep.

It took a while for the boy to get uses to living with Sanzu, it wasn't because Sanzu, no he was the best. It was because the kid still thought about his parents and he was just so discouraged. He needed time to heal from the mistreatment he underwent due to his parents. But no matter what, he absolutely loved spending time with his big brother

And believe me when I say, Sanzu made sure that his little sunshine would dnever meet his parents.

Little uniform and backpack ready as Nihoya helped his son get ready for school, a look of pride etched itself on his smiling face as he watched one of the two most important people in his life get ready for a big milestone: Preschool.

"You remember to be good and what did I teach you?"

"Please, thank you and step off!" (Name) yelled excitedly as he lifted his little arms up and did a pose as his dad threw his head back with a laugh "that's my boy!" He helped him put on his shoes before putting on his own and one last check over the two made their way out to the next step of life.

"Ok bud so I will pick you up when the small hand on the clock hits 1 and the big one hits 6, got it?" He said softly as (Name) nodded frantically before taking another picture of his baby and giving a big hug and watched him run off into school, waving as he went inside with the class.

(Name) was never a shy kid, taking after his dad with the extrovert nature and was rather excited to make new friends, mimicking his dads signature smile on his baby face as he looked around for a possible new friend.

Then he saw them.

A blonde boy, sitting in the corner alone and tears building in his violet eyes as he fiddled with his uniform sleeve.

A perfect friend.

"Hi! I'm Kawata (Name)! Why are you crying?" (name)s voice was cheery as he did a little bow like his uncle taught him and offered a sweet smile "I miss my papa..." The boy whispered and looked down, embarrassed.

"I miss my papa too! But he said he will be back when the little hand reaches 1 and the big reaches 6! So we just gotta wait till then! Don't worry, I will keep you company till your papa comes back!" (Name) offered as he offered the boy his hand and smiled brighter when he took his hand and the two went to go play and sat together during class time and snack time and spent the day together.

"Wait whats your name?" (Name) asked his new friend curiously after realising he never asked him "Haitani Kenji..." He whispered and it was like (Name) became the sun at this new information as he declared "you are my best friend Kenji!" With a million watt smile that made the other preschooler blush a bit before giving a determined nod in agreement and the two continued playing till home time.

"Papa! I made a friend!" (Name) yelled out as he dragged Kenji towards his dad, both baring matching smiles "oh really? What's his name?" "Kenji!" Another voice yelled out that made Nihoya stiffen as he looked over his shoulder to see the bane of his existence...fucking Ran Haitani.

"Papa!" Kenji yelled out as he ran towards his suit clad father, dragging the giant of a man towards the Kawatas the two tots oblivious about the tension between the dads. "Papa, this is my best friend Kenji!" (Name) introduced happily as the two boys held hands without a care in the world "papa, we played all day!" Ran felt his heart melt at the sight of his baby boy who was usually so shy being so excited about a new friend...Even if it was a Kawata.

"That's awesome bud, im happy for you!" The two dads avoided arguing in front of the kids but sent silent threats via glares towards one another as (Name) asked happily "can we go go the park together this weekend?" To his dad and grabbed the older mans pant legs "yeah papa can we?" Kaito asked as well as he went to his respective parent and the two adults reluctantly exchanged numbers and worked on times.

Eventually the families parted ways, (Name) rambling happily in his dads arms about his day as they walked back to the Restaurant, Nihoya forcing the deep hate towards his sons best friends dad---no ill towards the kid but his dad was terrible and a dick.

God he was going to regret this weekend.

But at least his kid was happy.

Baji x male reader (Angst?? or at least I tried)

pt.2 Bad Ending

Baji and (Y/N) were walking down the street. They were looking for stray cats to feed since both of them were bored and couldn't sleep. They talked about many things from Toman to burning cars. Baji loved moments like these, where they were alone and could talk about anything. (Y/N) wasn't in Toman but he didn't mind Baji being in it, he just worried that someday he is gonna get seriously hurt.

As they were walking down the street, some guys from a rival gang saw them and thought it would be a great opportunity to attack.

Now Baji didn't have a problem with that, he could fight and protect himself, but (Y/N) on the other hand would have serious problems.

They guys surrounded them, they had metal pipes and other things. Baji would have told (Y/N) to run away, but there was no way out.

As Baji was fighting and (Y/N) was trying to get out of the way or help Baji somehow, he noticed someone pulling out a knife. It was meant for Baji, since the rival gang members could easily take on (Y/N).

As the gang member was running towards Baji, who had his back to him, (Y/N) did the only thing possible, he jump in front of the guy, to protect Baji.

There was blood everywhere. It looked dliek a complete murder scene. It didn't take long for Baji to beat the guys up, and when he turned around he saw (Y/N). Lying on the ground with blood surrounding him.

"Oh my God! (Y/N) what happened?!?"

Baji was by his side checking him for the injury before quickly deciding to pick him up, and bring him to the hospital.

"Hey (Y/N) C-can you still hear me?"

" 'course I can"

"great. Everything's great. Where gonna get you to the hospital a-and then, and then you're gonna get better and we'll, we'll laugh about it."

"y-yeah let's do that"

It was the most intense moment Baji ever experienced. His lover in his arms. Blood on his hands, shirt, everywhere. He panicked, his breathing quickening. Tears started to form. Even though he wanted to scream he smiled and kept quiet. He smiled for (Y/N), to reassure him that everything was going to be ok.

"Y-you're okay

Everything is fine

You're not gonna die

No, you're not, *sniff*

E-everything is fine *sniff*"

Kei tried to reassure him, if he kept repeating it, surely it would come true. The tears he tried to hold in, rolled down his cheek. The thought of losing his lover hurt so much. Like his heart was ripped in two. It hurt.

"K-kei"

"Don't talk"

"sorry, I ruined the whole night, haha"

(Y/N) spoke in a weak voice

"i really love you"

"I lo-love you too, dumbass"

"It's getting colder, you know"

Baji was full on crying right now. The hospital was just a few blocks away. He ran as fast as he could. (Y/N) wasn't gonna die. No he wasn't. No no no no no no

"I-it's not *sniff* getting colder *sniff*. You're not gonna die *sniff. You can't. You promised we w-would get our own pet shop, a-and what about the cats you p-promised we would raise together *sniff*"

"sorry, but I don't know if I can keep that promise"

"then at least p-promise me that you'll keep your eyes open till the hospital"

"heh, I'll try my best"

" you better or I'm gonna kick your ass"

"I'll count on that"

As soon as Baji entered the ER he immediately yelled for someone to help him, for someone to save him. Doctors rushed to him and took (Y/N) away, who surprisingly was still conscious.

Baji was hysterical. Internally, he was screaming, crying he just wanted to let all his emotions out. He was so scared (Y/N) wouldn't make it. He couldn't imagine a life without him. It hurt so much thinking about it.

After Baji calmed down a little bit, he finally went with a nurse to treat his wounds from fighting. Then agonizing hours of waiting began. It was late, Baji was tired, but he couldn't sleep. His heart was beating fast. He just wanted to wake up from this nightmare.

Hours passed and there was still no definite answer that (Y/N) would make it. He hated it. The guilt is eating him alive. It was his fault.

He went to (Y/N). It was his idea to look for stray cats. He wasn't careful enough. He couldn't protect (Y/N).
