I always had the impression that Kevin would be extremely dissapointed if he were to find out after the whole arc that Morgg was still alive
No, I don't think the Tennysons would let him know. He would have found out either through the Rooters or any other sketchy ways

Even as his regular self, I still see him as full of resentment. He just has people around him to prevent him from going after Morgg again and killing him for good

I doubt he'd be able to get away with it like he did with Ragnarok
In the UltimateKevin arc, I doubt he even planned/cared what would happen to him he'd get rid of everyone who "did him wrong"
There was no concrete conclusion to what Kevin exactly wanted after all of this
He was out of his mind, he could barely think past "justified" destruction and feeding himself
I'd argue that after the end of Absolute Power Part 1, he became more-so a force of nature type of threat because of his instincts taking control
Where ever he knew it or not, Kevin was getting closer to death. Either via destroying his body and/or outside interferences

Random: Anyway yeah the fact that Kevin can absorb, produce, and to some degree manipulate solids and apparently plasmids (electricity, presumably generic energy falls into the same category, etc), that his absorbing mud in the comic indicates liquids aren't off the table (seeing as mud is a good bit liquid and that to not take in the liquid as well would leave him working with dirt), that shit is wild. The fact it likely means he can do gases as well, since he can be reasonably assumed to be able to do all the other states of matter, absolutely mindblowing, terrifying shit.
The fact that this comes alongside being able to absorb, store, and utilize the DNA of other species. That he apparently has a fucking DNA repair function built in to facilitate doing this.
Because here's the thing, being able to do states of matter? That's it's own thing. Makes sense, once you've got two, may as well have the set. It works together, nothing more or less than you'd expect. But the DNA thing, the powers thing. That's a whole other category to be working with. Man has parts from critters there's no reason to believe are in the Omnitrix (Null Guardians) so we know that chunk of his powers isn't limited to fucking with the watch. Fucking with the watch may have thrown him into the deep end of it, but it's a perfectly logical assumption that that's just him.
Solids, plasmids, liquids, presumably gases, definitely DNA to gain access to associated shapes and powers.
Kevin can be reasonably assumed capable of absorbing, becoming, producing, possibly manipulating, and passing on to his children anything he can get skin contact with. There's what, one exception that we're shown? With no explanation, it honestly raises more questions than anything else! All with a built-in ability to eventually reset himself with at least the DNA and combinations thereof stored away and able to not only be utilized later as shown with his repeated transformations in Framed but also be passed on.
And all that's before you see him utilize an armor to regrow fucking limbs!

ben 10 2006 kevin arc: addicts arent good or bad. they can be kind and good and pure and everything a person 'should' be and circumstances can still align and draw them to addiction. kevin is a sweet kid who wants to make friends and is continually shown to be kind when sober, but even in his very first moments it's seen that his trip can drive him to hurt others and himself. he doesnt have any other choice though, because he couldn't survive without his addiction and the power that it gives him. this is understood, and yet ben's arc is about understanding that no matter how much you may care about an addict or a mentally ill loved one, no matter how many chances you try to give them, there comes a point where it is lethal for you to keep trying to help someone who cannot be helped. Ben gives kevin mercy, tools to help himself, and while their might be animosity about it, he really only wants kevin to be ok but even if you believe in someone with all of your soul, you cannot stay with them if they can't value you in the way you value them. Addiction is not a fault, but it is also not an illness that breeds nice people, and continuing to try and help someone who will hurt you for trying is less helping and more self-flaggelation.
ben 10 ultimate alien kevin arc: hey look at this horrible irredeemable criminal junkie lol. everyone can treat him like shit and ignore his feelings because he was on drugs once, and hes even been to jail!! isnt that horrible? doesnt he deserve to be the narrative punching bag? hes an ADDICT he can take it!! look at him getting off the wagon lol, isnt he awful for that? let's have his girlfriend and best friend call him ugly and have him get molested and enslaved!!! also when dealing with a partner going through a violent relapse its totally cool and romantic to 'believe' in him even when he is actively seeking you out to kill you. you should not distance yourself and get yourself to safety because thats LOVE and you can FIX him and ONLY YOU CAN DO THAT. we are a progressive show that has progressive politics
(these are my own interpretations btw i cant argue for intent only what i took away from it. but uaf's botched 'progressiveism' grates on me heavily when even ogs's villians are treated with more sympathy about factors out of their control than one og the teen main characters. ill make a seperate post about botched themes and whitewashing of actual issues later but focusing on this rn bc this is what made kevin resonate with me in the first place and i hate how they botched it)

I like over-analyzing stuff so let`s talk about it
plot reasons aside, I like to think that there is more to this scene than it shows `cause
Kevin has superhuman strenght so there`s no doubt that he would have been capable of carrying that on his own. Hell, a case could be made for Ben as well if he were to transform into something
But, despite these facts, they are doing this task the ”traditional” way
Maybe Ben wanted to prove that he didn`t need the Ultimatrix in order to move that piano. Maybe Kevin was joking around with him and made Ben want to prove himself
Or maybe the watch was timed out for all we know
But
I like to interpret the scene in some way in which Kevin chose to spend some brotherly time with Ben. If this really were an issue where Kevin needed man power, he could have also called Gwen to help with her powers
But he didn`t
Of course, her absence can be interpreted in enough ways but imo, the most in-character thing I could see Kevin doing would be - just not asking for her help
And despite what he claims, I highly doubt that it just so happened that Ben was the only available person to help him out
Kevin`s circle of acquaintances is implied to be large, sure. But no one sticks in particular to offer this sort of help. Who could he even depend on outside of the Tennysons ?

That is why I think this is more-so Kevin`s way of spending time with Ben outside of the general - alien missions. This comic panel takes place in the UA era, prior to the Ultimate Kevin arc so -
whatever the reason, it`s fun to think for it. hell, it could work as a one-shot fic
