Dutch: No, plan B was a long time ago, and I skipped plan C because of technical difficulties.

Arthur: What about plan D?

Dutch: Plan D was John’s desperate disguise attempt half an hour ago.

John: I'll have you know it would have worked, what about plan E then?

Dutch: I'm hoping not to use plan E. Micah dies in it.

Arthur: I like plan E.

No thoughts just thinking about Hosea and Dutch arguing

One of my favorite Headcannons, of many, I have for Dutch and Hosea is that they still take things from each other, even after all these years, just as a little playful gesture to keep each other on their toes, a reminder that; “you’re stuck with me, just remember I’m just as a devious of a bastard as you” sort of thing. Like I can imagine: Dutch looking everywhere and I mean EVERYWHERE for his gold chained pocket watch and dangling charm for his vest that he SWORE he left on his bedside table, ripping apart his tent and others trying to find it, when Hosea comes up to him all smug, saying: “this it?” Pulling it out of his pocket, leaving Dutch flushed, yet impressed.

Something I find interesting in the RDR2 community is that EVERYONE (mostly manly men/12 year old boys, who play rdr2 on low honor) open their ears to listen to the actors when they hint at character theories like the “What’s wrong with Dutch” theories, or the “Is John really Jack’s father” theories, but AS SOON as Ben Davis & Curzon Dobell are like: “Dutch and Hosea are soulmates” or Noshir Dalal fully supporting Charthur, y’all don’t wanna hear it.
