I’ve been crying so much constantly, everyday, all week and idk what to anymore I don’t want to feel like this anymore but it’s like no matter what I do nothing makes me happy anymore even when let’s say I’m watching my favorite YouTuber, tv/ show or movie literally 5-10 minutes into watching it , the negative thoughts always find a way to crawl back into my mind and ruin my mood🙁 It really sucks feeling so sad all the time, honestly I feel like I’m at my breaking point 💔
