my psychologist is acting weirder than ever still I CAN’T STOP THINKING ABOUT HIM constantly

now he wants me to write to my younger self, my ‘inner child’ - which kind of makes me want to throw up but I can’t be bitter and dismissive about everything because I don’t want him to perceive me that way
