Cross-stitch commission for A Link to the Past
I was supposed to be working on some digital Pride drawings for June, buuut I got distracted by watercolor pencils. whoops.
Another sketchbook page of still-lifes. I didn't like that third one on the bottom, but idk, it's kinda grown on me since I've had some distance.

"A Winter Scene"
This one's been on my mind all year. For backstory, for class I had to do a master copy (I chose Cliff Walk by Monet) and gifted it to my grandmother since it was something I made at school that wasn't naked people or skeletons. Later on throughout the year she made remarks about wanting a winter scene so she could hang up a picture of mine for every season (she already had another one framed that I did in high school that was fall-themed). So this was her Christmas gift. A winter scene of a waterfall through the trees, a bear sleeping peacefully in a cave. (The bear is also a reference to how she collected teddy bears for a long time. I think she stopped because there just became way. too. many. and she's started giving some away, but still. I'll always remember her house with shelves of teddy bears all around the ceiling of her basement from all different places.)
Caught a shiny Gastrodon in Legends Arceus, and it's been urking me, so I wanted to fix it.
I literally just swapped the "official" shiny shell colors and immediately it already looks so much more recognizably different from their original forms.
